| Attributes in lead is a key link in the process of teachers’ pre-service and post-career training,in the teachers’ professional development plays a very important role.How to develop new faculty hires leading the work,the sustainable development of the relationship between the teachers’ professional and continuity,also the national education development in the future.Look around the world,many countries have built a relatively complete attributes entry leads the support system,and carried out the study of a lot of practice.Attributes in leading research in China,however,to carry out late,also didn’t get enough attention,practice effect is not prominent.High school biology teachers’ professional development is the scientific progress of the whole nation and the improvement of citizen of biological literacy.In order to promote beginning biology teachers’ professional development,improve the biological performance of students in the university entrance exam,it is necessary for biology teachers "the lead to be appointed to investigate problems in the process of looking for practical countermeasures,biology teachers to be appointed to help the high efficiency of biological education teaching work.Based on the 6 W in a county-level city in the northeast city of yunnan province completely high school biology teachers to be appointed as the research object,adopts the literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey research.First of all,discusses the Chinese middle school teachers to be appointed in led related research status;Then,questionnaire survey was used to understand the basic personal information,orientation purpose,orientation duration and frequency,orientation demand,orientation content,orientation form,orientation evaluation and orientation effect of beginner biology teachers in 6 complete middle schools in W City,so as to find out the status quo of orientation of beginner biology teachers in these complete middle schools in W City.Discovered and combed the biology teachers hired to be appointed lead the problems existing in the implementation process.The survey found that W city middle school biology teachers to be appointed a few fully into the position of lead work exist the following problems: Entry leads the parties know inadequate,induction leading system,and lack of orientation lead content validity,leading way of traditional induction induction leads the lack of evaluation,based on the phenomenon of "absence",put forward to improve W city middle school biology teachers to be appointed a few fully into the job of leading the work countermeasures: The local education and sports bureau shall fulfill the administrative responsibility,and the teacher training school shall provide technical support.The school shall improve and perfect the induction guidance system for first-time biology teachers,establish correct induction concept and actively participate in the induction guidance,update the induction guidance content for first-time biology teachers,enrich the induction guidance forms,and improve the evaluation mechanism for induction guidance. |
