| The quality of education and teaching is closely related to the level of competence of teachers.City H of Heilongjiang Province has an underdeveloped economy and a serious population loss.Compared with urban schools in economically developed areas,there is a large difference.There is a huge demand for rapidly improving the level of running schools and improving the quality of teachers.Based on the research results of competence and teachers’ competence at home and abroad,this paper adopts the methods of Literature Review,questionnaire and interview.Through the investigation of the current status of the competence of primary school teachers in H City,Heilongjiang Province,the current competence level and existing problems of primary school teachers are presented,the reasons behind them are analyzed,and countermeasures and suggestions to improve the competence of primary school teachers are put forward from multiple levels.According to the research results,it is found that primary school teachers have a low level of personal characteristics of teachers,general professional literacy,information collection ability needs to be improved,and insufficient relationship establishment.Analyze the reasons from four aspects: pre-job factors,post-job factors,school environmental factors,and teachers’ personal factors,and provide some targeted ideas and suggestions for policy makers and school managers: first,improve pre-job education and improve the access system;second,strengthen post-job training and improve the competency evaluation system;third,improve the school environment and improve the happiness level of teachers;fourth,improve the level of personal characteristics and improve one’s own professional literacy. |
