In the process of promoting the new curriculum,the concept of "student development-based" has been more strengthened and recognized.Some schools have introduced "student-based" in order to promote the development of students and the professional level of teachers,improve the quality of education and teaching,and create their own characteristics.However,the introduction of the concept of "student-based education" also makes school management face more difficulties and has to accept more challenges.Therefore,under the background of "student-based education",how to effectively promote the renewal and reform of teacher education concepts,so as to further form a characteristic education and teaching model and improve the quality of education and teaching,has become a problem that education managers have to face.Teaching and research activities,as an important carrier for schools to conduct research on specific teaching practices,have become an important entry point for the teaching reform of "student-based education" and have positive research value.Through investigation and research,this study understands the status and reasons of teaching and research activities(hereinafter referred to as “student-based” teaching and research)under the background of “student-based education” in E Middle School of Baotou,and the process of conducting “student-based” teaching and research.Teaching and research promotes changes in the field of management,summarizes the management experience of "student-based" teaching and research,and explores the methods and laws of E Middle School to promote and strengthen adapt to"student-based" teaching and research management.In the research process,the author mainly uses investigation and research methods,comprehensively using case studies,literature research and other methods.Aiming at the problems in the"student-based" teaching and research activities and teaching management practices,we will continue to explore,improve and solve,constantly revise the plan,improve the research methods,and improve the effectiveness of the research.Based on the theoretical points of "student-based education" and teaching and research activities,this article first explores and analyzes the value of "student-based"teaching and research to promote teacher professional development,improve school teaching practice,and substantive changes in student learning.Secondly,the use of questionnaires,individual interviews and other methods to understand the effects of"student-based" teaching and research for school teachers' teaching and school management,and also summarized the existence of "student-based" teaching and research that "theme research is not prominent enough,and behavior follow-up is relatively weak.Based on these problems,the reasons for the problems such as insufficient inter-school sharing between groups are analyzed in depth,including insufficient personal motivation and abilities of teachers,insufficient support functions of teaching and research groups,and imperfect school management systems.Finally,according to the reasons for the problem,the improvement strategy of teaching and research activities under the background of "student-based education" is proposed,and it is expected that the hierarchical and classified management system will complement the school-level management system;carry out a series of theme teaching and research to break through the bottleneck of "student-based" teaching and research;pay attention to behavior Follow up,create a learning-oriented teaching and research atmosphere;explore external resources to enhance the awareness of"student-based" teaching and research horizons;flexible management systems,and improve the "student-based" teaching and research evaluation and incentive mechanism.
