educational disciplining is a necessary mean and legal authority for teachers to perform their educational and teaching responsibilities,which is also a special measure of education.The general educational disciplining is different from more serious and serious educational disciplining,which is the most widely used educational means in the practice of teacher education.Specific,clear and operable educational disciplining tool aggregation is the need of educational disciplining practice,so this study attempts to design a general educational disciplining tool aggregation suitable for the practice of higher grade education in primary school.Firstly,by analyzing the interview information,questionnaire data and relevant literatures,this study combs and summarizes the effective series of general disciplinary offences and general educational disciplining measures,adjusts the seven-layer constraint gradients of general educational disciplining to four,and determines the frequency level of general disciplinary offences.Secondly,based on the four-layer disciplining constraint gradients,the three-layer types of general disciplinary offences and their coding rules,the general disciplinary offences and general educational disciplining measures are classified and coded.And on this basis,the secondary matching coding is carried out to form "Disciplinary OffenceDisciplining Measures"(hereinafter referred to as "DO-DMs" disciplining tool chains).Thirdly,based on the questionnaire data,the Enlightenment of teacher-student interviews and the requirements of relevant laws and regulations,determine the rules and precautions for the use of the general educational disciplining tool aggregation.Finally,based on the design evaluation of the tool aggregation by three educational experts and the application review of the tool aggregation by three senior teachers,optimize the design of the five parts of the tool aggregation and improve the corresponding contents of the four-layer "DO-DMs" disciplining tool chains of the tool aggregation.The general educational disciplining tool aggregation from the research mainly includes four parts,which are the general disciplinary offence(hereinafter referred to as "DO"),the general disciplining measure(hereinafter referred to as "DM"),the "Principles" and the "Precautions" when implementing the general disciplining measure.Specifically,the general disciplinary offences are distributed in three types:Learning(L type for short),Life(Li type for short)and Morality(M type for short);The general educational disciplining measures are distributed on the four-layer constraint gradients:Respect(R type for short),Social Interaction(Si type for short),Physiology(P type for short)and Safety(s type for short),and the constraint strength of disciplining measures from R type,Si type,P type to S type increases in turn;Each kind of general disciplinary offences has corresponding general educational disciplining measures on the four-layer constraint gradients to choose;The "Principles" for the use of the tool aggregation,which includes the people-centered education,the legal and compliant disciplining measures,the appropriate punishments for disciplinary offences and the safe and reliable strategies,provides normative guidance for the use and improvement of the tool aggregation;The "Precautions" given in this study mainly includes the description of current situation,the subject cognition,environmental factors,humanistic concern of the use of the tool aggregation and so on.
