The development and improvement of thinking is not only one of the four aspects of? Chinese core literacy proposed in the Chinese Curriculum Standards for Ordinary S enior High Schools 2017 Edition 2020 Revision?,but also the focus and practical requir ements of the task group of "reflective reading and expression".The task group of "Criti cal Reading and Expression" proposes that "this task group aims to guide students to lea rn critical reading and expression and develop their abilities of demonstration,reasoning,criticism and discovery".As for classical Chinese,its unique logic makes it an effective way to improve students' critical thinking ability,and the ultimate goal is to promote th e development and improvement of students' thinking.However,there are still some dis advantages in the current Chinese teaching,leading to the weak thinking ability of stude nts.Therefore,through the study of argumentative classical Chinese,this paper chooses to cultivate students' critical thinking ability as the research object,through literature an alysis,interview and questionnaire survey and other methods,finds the problems encou ntered in the current teaching to cultivate the critical reading ability,and puts forward th e corresponding training strategies.When analyzing the problems existing in the current teaching situation,the author starts from four aspects of demonstration,reasoning,criti cism and discovery ability according to the requirements of task group.These four abilit ies are the components of critical thinking ability and the embodiment of different aspec ts of critical thinking ability.They are closely linked with each other and inseparable.T he key part of this paper is to put forward the cultivation strategy of critical thinking abi lity in the teaching of classical Chinese in senior high school.In view of the problems e xisting in the current teaching,the author puts forward specific training suggestions cent ering on the four aspects of demonstration,reasoning,criticism and discovery ability,ho ping to provide some practical solutions for the front line teachers.
