With the continuous popularization of the new curriculum standards,whether classroom teaching can really achieve high efficiency has become an increasingly hot issue for the education sector,but also an urgent problem to be solved.Further research is needed to improve the teaching quality and the teaching staff.At present,the new curriculum standards have been thoroughly implemented in the classroom teaching of various subjects.As a firstline teacher,I think there are some problems in the classroom teaching of mathematics at present that are not optimistic,especially in the classroom teaching behavior of teachers,there are some problems that can not be ignored in the state of students’ study and the benefit of classroom teaching.This empirical study,based on my own observation of classroom teaching and personal teaching experience,and in accordance with advanced teaching concepts,carries out an inductive analysis of the situation of classroom teaching and learning,aiming at the knotty problems found in junior middle school mathematics classroom teaching,to find out the reasons from different aspects,and put forward effective classroom implementation strategies,with a view to transforming the school’s mathematics classroom into an advanced model classroom with the goal of students’ all-round development.The idea of this thesis is: firstly,the research background,concrete research ideas and methods,and the significance of this empirical study is to find strategies to improve classroom efficiency;This thesis states the relevant theories of effective teaching,summarizes and analyzes the current research situation of classroom teaching efficiency at home and abroad,and briefly comments on the development of effective teaching.Thirdly,based on the theoretical basis of improving the effectiveness of mathematics classroom teaching in junior middle school,this thesis makes an in-depth study on the effectiveness of classroom teaching in our school.Then,it is the main part of this thesis,through the investigation of the current situation of junior middle school mathematics classroom teaching in some classes in schools,we find that there are common problems of low efficiency and high consumption,and analyze the main reason is that teachers need to change their teaching ideas,students can really play the role of the main classroom,and put forward the corresponding solution strategy,it mainly includes: Keeping up with the development of educational ideas,changing teaching methods timely,paying attention to stimulating students’ learning interest,using multimedia to assist teaching,etc.
