With the implementation of new curriculum standards and the gradual advancement of curriculum reform,China pays more and more attention to the all-round development of students and the improvement of students' comprehensive ability.After the national revision of the subject curriculum standards,each discipline has condensed the core literacy suitable for the discipline according to its own teaching characteristics.Core literacy has gradually become the main tone of basic education,the core literacy of ideological and political disciplines is political identity,rule of law awareness,scientific spirit and public participation,the four major qualities are inseparable and interrelated,and public participation literacy is the most practical part of it,which plays a pivotal role in the overall development of students.Public participation literacy is a necessary quality for the newcomers of the times who bear the heavy responsibility of national rejuvenation,high school students,as the backbone of the future society,are in a critical period of understanding the "jointing and pregnancy period",cultivating students' public participation literacy at the high school level and improving students' ability to participate in social and public affairs are of great significance to students' future development and social progress.However,in the real high school ideological and political class,due to a variety of reasons,the public participation literacy cultivation of students has little effect,in the face of the current situation,this paper studies the cultivation of public participation literacy in high school ideological and political classes.It mainly includes the following three aspects:The first part defines the concepts of public participation and public participation literacy,and discusses the need to cultivate public participation literacy for high school students.The second part is to find out the problems in the cultivation of public participation literacy in high school ideological and political classes through interviews,questionnaire surveys and other methods,based on the data obtained,which are mainly manifested as:teaching objectives are formal;Traditional teaching methods;Teaching evaluation is too single;Teaching effectiveness is weak.The causes of the problem are analyzed from many aspects such as teachers' own literacy,classroom teaching,and campus environment.The third part is to put forward optimization strategies for the cultivation of public participation literacy in high school ideological and political classes: improve teachers' professional quality,and timely update teachers' teaching concepts and teaching models;Optimize the environment for cultivating public participation literacy;Improve teaching and evaluation mechanisms for public participation literacy.Through the current situation of the cultivation of public participation literacy in high school ideological and political classes,we can find out the existing problems and analyze the causes,and put forward improvement strategies from four aspects,such as teachers,classrooms,environments,and teaching evaluations,hoping to help cultivate public participation literacy in high school ideological and political classes in the future.
