With the process of the new course reformation and the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,cultivating talents with moral education first,ability first and all-round development has become the key task of school education.To accomplish this task,it is needed from ethics of government by law course in junior middle school and the high-quality questions in the classroom teaching of ethics of government by law.The high-quality questioning teaching method is a teaching method about high-quality problems and high-quality questioning proposed by American education experts.It is effectively to solve the disadvantages of classroom questioning,which can not only elevate classroom teaching quality,but also activate students' deep thinking.For the sake of promote the asking questions of class in the teaching of morality and rule of law and realize high-quality classroom,this paper will study from the following five parts.Introduction,through literature research,briefly describes the research backdrop and value of this topic,the domestic and international literature review,the think of a way and approaches,bring forth new idea and shortcomings.On the basis of expounding the concept,characteristics and basic steps of high-quality questioning teaching method,It points out the value and feasibility of the application of high-quality questioning teaching method in the teaching of ethics of government by law in junior high schoolThe second part carries out questionnaire surveys and interviews with students and teachers from six schools in provinces,counties and cities,and summarizes the survey results by using statistical charts and charts.The third part further analyzes the new and old problems and reasons of Classroom Questioning in morality and rule of law teaching,and summarizes them according to the survey results of the second part.The fourth part is to explore the principles and Strategies of high-quality questioning teaching method in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior middle school.The fifth part is the case and effect analysis of the application of high-quality questioning teaching method in junior middle school morality and rule of law.Finally,according to the result analysis conclusion and the control class and the classroom observation standard,we can judge whether the high-quality questioning teaching method is effective in junior middle school morality and rule of law classroom.
