With the deepening of the new curriculum reform process,the education concept of "people-oriented" promotes the gradual improvement of students' dominant position.Morality and rule of law in junior middle school is a course based on imparting students' knowledge,focusing on improving students' ability,aiming at exercising thinking,sublimating emotion and cultivating correct values.Classroom questioning is a bilateral activity between teachers and students,an effective way for teachers to concentrate students' attention and master teaching effect,and an effective way for students to acquire knowledge.Therefore,in the moral and rule of law classroom,classroom questioning plays a vital role.Based on the textbook "morality and rule of law" compiled by Ministry of education,this paper analyzes the problems of classroom questioning in junior middle school morality and rule of law class by consulting the relevant literature of classroom questioning,using the form of questionnaire survey,teacher-student interview and classroom observation,combined with the confusion encountered in teaching practice.From three perspectives,the first is the problem of teachers,there is no "Enlightenment" and no "development";Secondly,the problems of students have "Enlightenment" but not "development";Finally,there are some problems in the combination of teachers and students,such as "Enlightenment" and "development",but the effect is poor,and the reasons are analyzed,and then the optimization strategies and methods of junior middle school moral and rule of law classroom questioning are put forward.In short,effective classroom questioning is conducive to cultivate students' thinking ability and problem awareness,help teachers master the teaching situation,get teaching feedback in time,and help to establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,so as to implement the fundamental task of moral education.
