Basic education is an important part of China's education,and the development of basic education is also an important strategic guarantee for China's Rural Revitalization.In recent years,the development of basic education in China has attracted attention from all walks of life.As the leader of basic education,the professional development level of primary and secondary school managers affects the development of basic education to a certain extent.Therefore,the state strongly advocates the training of basic education managers.In order to implement the opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on comprehensively deepening the reform of the construction of teachers in the new era and comprehensively deepen the reform of basic education teachers in Yunnan Province in the new era,the CPC Yunnan Provincial Committee and the provincial government issued the implementation opinions of the CPC Yunnan Provincial Committee and the people's Government on deepening the reform of the construction of primary and secondary school teachers in the new era,It is decided to implement the "10000Principals Training Plan" in 2018,which truly takes into account the training project for school managers in poor and remote areas of Yunnan Province.The project aims to cultivate future local educators,shift the training focus from discipline training to management ability training,and is committed to building a team of principals with firm politics,excellent morality and good governance,Improve the effectiveness of its management and cultivate excellent principals and even local educators in Yunnan Province.This study attempts to improve the training quality of basic education managers in Yunnan Province,through the collection and sorting of the existing research on teacher training at home and abroad,to obtain some valuable reference and enlightenment.On this basis,an in-depth investigation was conducted on the "10000 Principals Training Plan" project in Yunnan Province,and a questionnaire survey and case interview were conducted on the training needs,training evaluation and training status of the trainees.It was found that at this stage,the training mainly faces the following problems: imperfect selection of trainees,lack of learning motivation,lack of accuracy of training content and emphasis on theory The training mode is single,shallow and the training and assessment system is imperfect.In view of these difficulties,this paper puts forward corresponding optimization strategies in the aspects of trainees,training contents,training methods and training evaluation,in order to have some enlightenment and reference for the professional growth of primary and secondary school teachers and the continuous improvement of the quality of basic education in Yunnan Province.The paper mainly consists of the following four parts:The first part is the introduction.It mainly expounds the reasons for the topic selection,research significance,literature review,research ideas,innovation and research methods,the definition of core concepts and theoretical basis,which provides theoretical basis and technical guidance for subsequent research.The second part sorts out the general situation of the main projects of the "10000Principals Training Plan" through consulting materials,and carries out a survey on the current situation of the "10000 Principals Training Plan".This study takes the trainees as the research object,carries out a questionnaire survey and makes data analysis on their training needs,training status and training assessment.In addition,in order to ensure the comprehensiveness of the survey,Seven representative students were selected for detailed interviews.The third part is the analysis of the problems existing in training.It is mainly carried out from four aspects: trainees,training contents,training methods and training assessment,in order to make a detailed analysis of the survey results,explore the problems and causes of training,and provide an objective basis for the following training improvement strategies.The fourth part puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies based on the problems,in order to improve the training quality,enhance the effectiveness and influence of the "10000 Principals Training Plan" project,and provide reference and Enlightenment for the development of similar training in other regions.
