| The curriculum standard of physical education and health in senior high schools(2017 Edition)clearly puts forward the need to cultivate students’ Sports Core literacy and advocate diversified teaching methods.With the deepening of the new curriculum standards,more and more front-line high school physical education teachers focus on the implementation of physical education teaching methods and the cultivation of students’ Sports Core literacy in physical education teaching.Taking the high school physical education teaching methods from the perspective of physical education core literacy as the research object,this study investigates and analyzes the current situation of high school physical education teaching methods and the cultivation effect of physical education core literacy in Meizhou city by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,field investigation and mathematical statistics,referring to the index system of physical education core literacy,This paper summarizes the advantages and existing problems of physical education teaching methods in senior high schools in Meizhou,and puts forward the improvement strategies of physical education teaching methods from the perspective of sports core literacy,in order to promote the practice of physical education teaching in senior high schools in Meizhou and provide theoretical reference for better promoting the development of students’ Sports Core literacy.Research conclusions:(1)sports teaching methods from the perspective of sports core literacy have the characteristics of comprehensiveness,sustainability and diversity.(2)In terms of teachers,there are more men and less women in Meizhou high school physical education teachers,among which there are more middle-aged and young teachers with high academic qualifications;The structure of professional titles is relatively reasonable,and there is a large development space in professional development;(3)In terms of the cognition of the core quality of physical education,there are significant differences in the understanding of the core quality of physical education among senior high school physical education teachers at different levels,and they generally agree with the cultivation of students’ core quality of physical education;(4)In terms of cognition of physical education teaching methods,some physical education teachers have a one-sided understanding of physical education teaching methods;(5)In terms of the use of physical education teaching methods,the concept of physical education core literacy has little impact on the choice of physical education teaching methods of most physical education teachers.Different physical education teaching methods will be adopted in different teaching materials and physical education thinking modes,and teaching teaching is still the main choice of Physical Education teachers.(6)In terms of the training effect of Meizhou high school physical education teaching methods on the core quality of physical education,the physical education teaching methods implemented in the process of physical education teaching have not well implemented the three index requirements of the core quality of physical education discipline under the new curriculum standard.Among them,the training of sports ability and healthy behavior is mixed,and the training of students’ physical morality is generally good.Advantages:(1)understand and support the concept of the new curriculum standard,and the cultivation of literacy has achieved initial results;(2)Explore diversified teaching methods,try to apply and practice.Existing problems:(1)physical education curriculum is not paid attention to and teachers lack practical operation training;(2)The traditional and boring way of teaching;(3)Teachers occupy the main role in the classroom and students learn passively;(4)Lack of theoretical education and separation from practice;(4)The evaluation content does not meet the requirements of sports core literacy.Improvement strategies:(1)support school physical education work and learn from excellent teaching programs;(2)Changing teaching thinking and improving physical education teaching methods;(3)Teachers change their teaching roles,abandon preaching and implement classroom teaching;(4)Pay attention to the combination of theory and practice,and use experiential teaching;(5)Establish a diversified evaluation system to promote the all-round development of the core quality of physical education. |
