Research On The Supply Of Basic Education Public Goods In Cross County Resettlement Areas ——Taking Jing'an New Area Of Zhaotong City As An Example

Poverty alleviation has transformed China from “absolute poverty” to “relative poverty”,and education also has undergone great changes.As the largest resettlement area across counties in China,Jing'an New Area has many new schools,but there are still some problems that need to be improved to become a good school.Various factors lead to insufficient supply or poor quality of educational public goods in the area,which may affect the effect of poverty alleviation to a certain extent,and even lead to the recurrence of poverty return.In view of this,this study comes into being.The article uses the theory of public product supply and new public service theory,focusing on the theme of “the supply of public products for basic education in Jing'an New District,Zhaotong City”,through questionnaires and interviews,to analyze the supply of funds,the supply of school conditions,the supply of teachers,and the The current situation of student source supply,according to research,it is found that the current Jing'an New District is in the primary education stage,there are insufficient teachers,lack of education funds,high fees for private schools,insufficient infrastructure,and low quality of teachers' work.This paper explores the causes of problems in terms of subjects,supply objects,supply means,and supply resources,and then proposes to establish a diversified structure of supply subjects,improve the incentive mechanism for supply subjects,establish public product supply regulations,broaden funding supply channels,and improve supply resources.Supervision mechanism,Specific suggestions such as balanced supply of educational resources are expected to improve the level of basic education in the region and provide a reference for the education supply of resettlement areas across the country.
