Based on the cooperative learning in the teaching mode of "Four rings and one Line" promoted vigorously by the current teaching school,Chongqing Fuling No.1Middle School,this paper has studied the current situation of implementation about the cooperative learning between teachers and students in high school biology by the questionnaire survey and interview before the experiment.The implementation of the experiment is teaching different classes the same content in different ways at the same time in this senior high school.During the experiment,the experimental class was added the part of cooperative learning,while the control class adopted the traditional teaching mode.According to the analysis of the practice and results in class,here comes the conclusion about cooperative learning: cooperative learning can improve students' academic performance.After the research of cooperative studying,combined with the results of interview,the written analysis for group,the observation in class and colleagues' comments,the discussion on the implementation of cooperative learning in the experimental class compared with the control class is as follows: 1.Cooperative learning can cultivate students' sense of collective cooperation.2.Cooperative learning can improve students' core accomplishment and thinking ability.3.Cooperative learning can improve students' communication skills.4.Cooperative learning helps to improve students' awareness of active learning.Among them,the impression and perception are obtained from the observation in class and the students' performance.Through classroom practice and result analysis,the conclusion about cooperative learning is drawn: cooperative learning can improve students' academic performance.Finally,based on the practice research of cooperative learning,some existing problems are found,and the improvement measures are put forward as follows: 1.Students' active participation in cooperative learning needs to be improved.Especially when students encounter relatively difficult problems or tasks,they tend to slack off,give up and rely on group members or teachers.It can increase the interest of biology teaching or give reasonable guidance to improve the enthusiasm of students to participate in cooperative learning and enhance their confidence.2.Teachers fail to do a good job of organizing more group activities before and after class.Although the teaching strategy of cooperative learning is used in class,corresponding tasks can also be arranged in spare time to strengthen the communication among the students in the group.3.The evaluation method for implementing cooperative learning is relatively simple.Although there are disciplinary "plus or minus points system","star evaluation" and evaluation for intergroup students,there is a lack of evaluation and encouragement for intra-group students.
