| The artificial way to create a state of Muscle Ischemia is called stress training, and the simulation of this state ensures that the muscle can be trained with great intensity even if the motion is small, and for the growth of Muscle Dimension and muscle strength are important. This kind of training method concrete operation way is block the trainer’s blood vessel, the trainer’s blood flow will be limited, finally can simulate the muscle blood supply insufficiency condition, enhances the muscle stimulation. This type of training is also known as "blood flow restriction training" and is known by its acronym,KAASTU.Using the methods of literature,Experimental Research, mathematical statistics and other research methods, the paper takes 12 male basketball players as experimental subjects, and randomly divides them into two groups, the first group is the experimental group, this group would do pressure training, and the other group, the control group, wouldn’t do anything different and would continue to do the traditional training. Before the beginning of the training cycle,12 subjects were tested for the same indexes, such as leg girth(thigh and calf),vertical jump height, maximum power of half-squat,maximum power of deep squat, heart rate and blood pressure. In a formal training cycle, the experimental group and the Control Group used the same training intensity, both of which were 50 percent 1RM.The training movements belonged to the combination of three movements, one of which was the squat, one is a weight-bearing squat, and the other is a static squat. All other things being equal, the only difference between the two groups was that there was a certain amount of pressure on the legs of the exerciser, which was 150 MMHG.Three times a week for six weeks. At the end of the experiment, based on the experimental data, the following conclusions were drawn:(1)from the results, after six weeks of training, there was a significant difference in muscle girth growth between the experimental group and the Control Group, but the data needed to be divided into two parts, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the Control Group in the dimension of calf muscle growth, but if the thigh data were taken into account, the experimental group had significantly better muscle growth than the control group.(2)after the training, the vertical jump time of the two groups has a significant difference, the experimental group has a longer time, but the control group has no significant change in the time, however, the analysis of the vertical jump height data can be found, there was no significant difference in elevation between the two groups.(3)during the training period, the distance of standing long jump was improved in both groups, but there was no significant difference between the two groups.(4)a comparison of the maximum strength of the two groups shows that there is a significant difference in the data between the two groups. The test of maximum strength is divided into two parts,a squat test and a squat test, either way,the improvement was greater in the experimental group than in the Control Group.(5)comparing the two groups’ heart rate recovery after training,we can find that the experimental group’s recovery is faster, and we can also find that the experimental group’s training can improve the muscle’s maximum load adaptability.(6)comparing the experimental data of various aspects,we can find that the indexes which have no obvious change include three aspects, one is the distance of standing long jump, one is the leg dimension, and the other is the height of vertical jump. However, from the comprehensive data analysis can be found that the experimental group significantly better than the control group,in other words, pressure training in strength training has a clear advantage. |
