With the country's vigorous promotion and implementation of "Sports Power" and "Healthy China",sports plays an important role as a "source of power" in education,and my country is paying more and more attention to the development of sports.For a long time,due to factors such as geographical location,economic conditions and cultural differences,education in rural areas has lagged far behind that in cities.In particular,there is an imbalance in the development of sports and health education between urban and rural areas.School resources,faculty,teaching software and hardware equipment,and source of students Compared with cities,there is a large gap in quality,which has seriously hindered the development of physical education to a large extent.In order to eliminate the differences in and teaching,various new physical education methods and forms have been continuously created to become new content of physical education courses,and various physical education curriculum resources have been further integrated and optimized.In 2001,my country implemented a large-scale policy of "removing sites and merging schools",removing and merging some rural schools with few students and poor conditions,effectively integrating rural physical education curriculum resources,and abandoning the "village-run school" teaching method.So far,the removal of sites and schools have been implemented for more than 20 years.Although the implementation of this policy has achieved some significant results,there are still many shortcomings.The removal of sites and schools in some rural areas have not achieved the expected results,and even Some school education problems have also shown a downward trend.Therefore,in recent years,experts and scholars from all walks of life in our society have refocused their eyes on the state's implementation of the policy of dismantling sites and merging schools in the past two decades,discussing the results and deficiencies achieved,and analyzing the reasons for this phenomenon.By rationally integrating and optimizing the existing physical education curriculum resources,making simple sports equipment,developing and using the advantages of natural geography,alleviating the practical difficulties of the lack of physical education in rural schools,providing necessary material support for schools to open full physical education courses,and ensuring physical education.Smooth development.This paper mainly uses research methods such as literature,questionnaire surveys,expert interviews,field investigations,case studies,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,etc.The research objects are 23 rural primary and secondary schools in Changshun County,Guizhou Province,which are "removed and merged".the following research conclusions:(1)The allocation structure of physical education teachers is unreasonable,the teacher-student ratio is unbalanced,and the utilization rate of physical education teachers is low;the gender ratio is large,male physical education teachers It is 6 times that of female physical education teachers;physical education teachers have reasonable academic qualifications,mainly undergraduate,which basically meets the requirements of national standards,and the school is mainly composed of middle-aged and young teachers.(2)Insufficient investment in sports funds,basic sports equipment,but a serious lack of teaching venues,teachers are weak in the application and transformation of equipment,and it is difficult to ensure the normal development of physical education courses.(3)The content of physical education courses is single,mainly track and field events and ball events.Some new sports events and traditional folk sports are introduced less;extracurricular sports activities are rarely carried out,and the content of inter-class exercises is broadcast.Dominate.(4)The natural geographical resources of Changshun County are superior,and the topography is conducive to the development of various outdoor sports activities.However,the actual development and utilization of natural geographical resources by the school to carry out sports activities is relatively low,mainly because teachers lack the ability to develop and integrate natural geographical resources.Ability and awareness,and there are greater risks in carrying out outdoor sports activities.Considering safety issues,schools seldom use natural geographical resources to carry out sports activities.(5)Online teaching methods are rarely used in the classroom.Some old teachers still use the traditional teaching mode.The methods of obtaining sports information resources for teachers and students are limited.Mobile phones are the way for most teachers to obtain information,and students' sports information can only be obtained from Physical education class.The problems in the integration and optimization of physical education curriculum resources are as follows: low utilization rate of physical education curriculum human resources,serious lack of physical education curriculum facilities resources,outdated physical curriculum content,single methods,less use of extracurricular resources,and limited use of natural geographic resources,Access to sports information resources is limited.The main factors that affect the integration and optimization of physical education curriculum resources are: human resources,as an important part of physical education curriculum resources,are not well developed and utilized,and there are shortcomings in the integration and optimization of human resources;teachers' educational concepts and school physical education There is a great relationship.School leaders' insufficient attention to physical education has seriously affected the school's teaching quality;Changshun County's physical education teachers lack the awareness and knowledge and ability structure of the integration and optimization of physical curriculum resources;sports funding is school sports work An important condition for normal operation is to reflect the important guarantee of basic hardware equipment.The amount of funds invested directly affects the development of physical education courses.In response to the investigation of the various problems and practical difficulties faced by the integration and optimization of physical education curriculum resources in rural primary and secondary schools in Changshun County,Guizhou Province,according to the teaching characteristics of Changshun County and the law of students' physical and mental development,the author proposes integration Optimize ideas and formulate integration and optimization plans.Take the rural primary and secondary schools in Daihua Town,Changshun County as a case study,and analyze the integration and optimization of physical curriculum resources in rural primary and secondary schools in Daihua Town from the vertical and horizontal "two-way union" integration optimization model,Carry out integrated planning for it,so as to apply it to teaching,improve the quality of physical education,promote the healthy growth of students,and form the consciousness of lifelong physical exercise.
