In recent years,the professional development of teachers has gradually attracted the attention of all walks of life,and the degree of professionalism of teachers has also been deepened.The early stage of work is an important period for the development of novice teachers' practical knowledge.If enough attention is paid to their knowledge development,it can lay a good foundation for their professional development.However,in reality,the emphasis on teachers' practical knowledge is not enough,and novice teachers face many problems in the development of this knowledge,which affects their professional progress.Based on the above background,after reviewing relevant literature at home and abroad,according to the characteristics of primary school novice teachers,the meaning of teachers' practical knowledge is defined and the dimensions are divided.On this basis,questionnaires and interview outlines are compiled.Teachers are the research objects,through questionnaires,interviews,observation methods,physical analysis methods,etc.to investigate the status quo of their teachers' practical knowledge,and to explore and analyze the existing problems and causes,and then put forward a proposal to help novice teachers in primary schools.This awareness development strategy.The survey found that the development status of novice teachers' practical knowledge in L District primary schools in Luoyang City is generally at a medium level,and the level of some knowledge dimensions is relatively low.In order to have a deeper understanding of the development of novice teachers' practical knowledge,eight novice teachers were selected.Conduct interviews,and systematically observe and investigate the development of novice teachers' practical knowledge when they enter the actual field where they work,and collect some physical data in their daily work.The study found that in the development of this knowledge,novice teachers have educational beliefs that are easily affected by the external environment,inadequate self-awareness affects professional confidence,interpersonal relationships affect the development of their interpersonal knowledge,there are obvious deficiencies in the grasp of situational knowledge,and educational and teaching activities are insufficient.There are problems such as lack of strategic knowledge,weak awareness of critical reflection and low reflection ability.From the analysis of internal reasons,teachers lack motivation for development and lack of self-management,weak practical knowledge affects continuous construction,over-reliance on experience and insufficient level of reflection.From the analysis of external reasons,the teaching tasks are heavy and cumbersome,the school does not pay attention to the development of teachers' practical knowledge,the school's management and guarantee system for teachers' practical knowledge is imperfect,the school-based teaching and research are superficial,the teaching and research capabilities are limited,and the teacher training is targeted.Insufficient and imperfect pre-employment education.Based on this,this research proposes development strategies from both internal and external dimensions of teachers.In terms of internal strategies: 1.Establish a correct attitude and strengthen self-management;2.Capture practical problems,explore and promote generation;3.Strengthen reflective awareness and improve reflective ability.External strategies: 1.Pay attention to the development needs of teachers and create a good growth environment;2.Based on practical problem solving,improve the level of school-based teaching and research;3.Improve the teacher training system to give full play to practical effects;Management system;5.Promote the construction of learning community and innovate the form of mentoring and apprentice pairing;6.Attach importance to the role of pre-service education and infiltrate practical value tendencies It is hoped that these strategies can effectively solve the problem of primary school novice in the development of this knowledge,and play a positive role in promoting.
