Teachers play an irreplaceable role in the development of education,and the professional quality of teachers is the human factor and power to promote education.Physical education teachers are an important part of the township teachers,the level of their quality plays a decisive role in the township primary and secondary schools,but also affects the overall quality of the township primary and secondary education teachers.Township primary and secondary schools are not only related to the development of rural education,but also related to the overall situation of grassroots education.It is an urgent problem to explore the professional development of township primary and secondary school teachers,especially physical education teachers.This study in jiangxi nanchang county primary and secondary school physical education teachers in the town of orchid as investigation object,using the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,case analysis and mathematical statistics,the analysis of nanchang county town of orchid problems of primary and secondary school physical education teachers professional development,and analyzes its causes,then puts forward the strategies to promote the development of villages and towns stage of primary and secondary school physical education teachers specialization.This paper consists of the following parts:Part ONE: Introduction.Including research background,research purpose and significance,related concept definition and research objects and methods.Part two: Literature review.It includes the analysis of the status quo of domestic and foreign teacher professional development research.Part three: Research object and method.The research methods include literature,questionnaire,case analysis and mathematical statistics.Part four: Research results and analysis.This paper analyzes the basic situation of professional development of primary and middle school physical education teachers in Youlan town,Nanchang County,the present situation of professional development and the reasons restricting the professional development of teachers.Part five: Strategies and suggestions for the professional development of primary and middle school PE teachers in Youlan Town,Nanchang County.Development strategies and suggestions are made from the mechanism of schools and education departments,effective guidance of policies and teachers' own planning and development.After investigation and research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The basic situation of primary and secondary school PHYSICAL education teachers in Youlan Town,Nanchang County.The survey found that the structure of educational background,age and professional title basically met the current teaching needs,mainly young and middle-aged,relatively reasonable,but the proportion of high educational background was low.2.The proportion of professional knowledge,ball games,track and field of primary and secondary school PE teachers in Youlan Town,Nanchang County is more than 50%.Other aspects,martial arts,gymnastics,dance and other aspects are less,all below 20%.This shows that professional knowledge and theoretical structure are not comprehensive enough science.The survey also found that their teaching ability and professional skills are generally in good condition.However,in terms of teaching methods,the proportion of autonomous learning method and inquiry learning method is less than 20%,and the ability of scientific research and inquiry is weak.3.Physical education teachers of primary and secondary schools in Youlan Town,Nanchang County have a weak understanding of professional development.The survey shows that professional development is closely related to educational background and age.The vocational training mode is monotonous,the content is simple,the practicability is not enough,and it does not match the professional development needs of teachers,and teachers' satisfaction with vocational training is not high.4.Physical education teachers of primary and secondary schools in Youlan Town,Nanchang County are heavy workload,difficult title evaluation,lack of incentive mechanism,and unstable professional attitude of teachers.5.In the professional development of primary and middle school PE teachers in Youlan Town,Nanchang County,there are shortcomings in teaching evaluation system and self-promotion,which need to be effectively solved.
