The professional identity of teacher students is a hot issue closely concerned by the education circle.It begins with the attention to the thinking and psychology of teacher students and emphasizes the identity of teachers' occupation in thought and action.Among the existing numerous researches,there are few researches on the professional identity experience of teachers in teacher students.This research attempts to use Van Menen's life experience research as the method and the theoretical basis of educational phenomenology,adhering to the principle of "facing the object itself",and paying attention to the real experience of student teachers' professional identity.Under the education phenomenological theory for reference,by collecting students' rich and real experience of teachers' professional identity,it summarized and classified into professional choice,professional learning,professional cognition,professional expectations,and professional practice five daily study life situation,into the students' real experiences and feelings,and reflect on their experience in these situations and questions.Based on this,this paper attempts to explore the formation mechanism of student teachers' professional identity.The formation of transformation process from outside to inside.In the collision of learning,teacher students form their own understanding of what it means to be a teacher and carry out internal self-identification in educational practice.The personal value orientation of teacher students sustains the development of teachers' professional identity.On the basis of consciously paying attention to the professional identity experience of teacher students,this paper tries to find some suggestions on how to make teacher students form enthusiastic professional identity of teachers.From the three perspectives of creating normal campus culture,perfecting the curriculum system of normal education,enhancing the ability level of teachers and educators,and perfecting the training mode of teacher students,normal university education should be promoted.The society also needs three measures to promote the professional development of teachers' profession,guide the public opinion correctly,and improve the welfare treatment of teachers' profession to improve teachers' life happiness.
