Research On China's Returning To Poverty From The Perspective Of Marxism

Since the 18th national congress of the CPC,China has made remarkable achievements in poverty alleviation.Authoritative statistics show that from 2012 to 2018,China reduced poverty by more than 13 million people per year on average,and the poverty incidence rate dropped from 10.2 percent to 1.7 percent.If such poverty reduction efficiency is maintained,China will achieve the goal of saying goodbye to absolute rural poverty and completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects by 2020.However,the realization of poverty alleviation does not mean the complete elimination of poverty or the complete end of poverty alleviation.While the achievement of poverty alleviation is remarkable,there will also be the phenomenon that the achievement of poverty alleviation is not stable and the poverty alleviation will be returned at the same time.This has seriously hindered the implementation of poverty alleviation and become a difficult problem for the completion of the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.At present,China,s fight against poverty has come to a crucial stage of decisive victory.In the process of poverty alleviation,we must consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation,put the issue of poverty alleviation in an important position,and "look back" on the number of people who have been lifted out of poverty.Therefore,in-depth study of China's return to poverty,poverty eradication,the realization of a comprehensive well-ofir society is of great significance.In this paper,on the basis of Marxist theory,explore the problems of Chinese China,combed the xi and the CPC central committee general secretary related documents and speeches and research on the literature review of scholars both at home and abroad,and reviewed the current out of poverty and Chinese data,through the data analysis,summarize the current performance of China's return to poverty,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to China's poverty alleviation substantive outcomes,realize true poverty alleviation and release from real poverty,enable the poor to completely out of poverty is not Chinese,towards a well-off society in an all-round way,to achieve common prosperity and all-round development of human's freedom struggle diligently.This paper mainly discusses from the following five aspects:in the introduction of the first chapter,it introduces the background and significance of this paper's research,sorts out relevant reviews of domestic and foreign scholars as the research basis,introduces the research ideas and methods of this paper,and the features of this paper.The second chapter is about the definition of the concept of returning to poverty.In this chapter,the concepts of poverty,return to poverty and anti-poverty are introduced.Through the definition,standard and type of poverty,the subject,object and scale of return to poverty are defined from a static perspective,and the concept of return to poverty is summarized.In addition to anti-poverty concept to interpret and find out the contact between the poor and the Chinese,it is also explain Chinese from dynamic Angle,from poverty to Chinese process is actually a "poverty-poverty-out of poverty-Chinese,dynamic circulation chain,draw the essence of the Chinese is poor,solve the problem of Chinese anti-poverty theory of Marx and Engels and the anti-poverty theory of Chinese Marxism as the theoretical basis to study the solution to the problem of China's return to poverty and provides the theoretical basis and support for the article.The fourth chapter is the manifestation of the problem of returning to poverty.China has made remarkable achievements in targeted poverty alleviation and achieved a series of major achievements.However,there are also many problems that lead to poverty alleviation and return to poverty.Combined with the data related to the return to poverty,this paper expounds the problem of return to poverty from five aspects including nature,economy,government itself,culture and society,which provides a realistic basis for the counterneasures in chapter five.According to China's current performance of the problem of poverty,summed up the five aspects of countermeasures.First,Strengthening the early warning system and compensation mechanism of the ecological environment;second,promote healthy and sustainable economic development;third,build a long-term mechanism of poverty alleviation policies and poverty alleviation work;fourth,accelerate the construction of social public services and social security system;fifth,enhance the ability of poor families to get rich.Based on the anti-poverty theory of Marxism,combined with the domestic practical background and the relevant information of scholars,this paper studies the current situation and countermeasures of the problem of returning to poverty in China,which is the research characteristic of this paper.It not only provides a theoretical reference for the eradication of poverty and the realization of common prosperity,but also provides a realistic coping strategy and path for the problem of returning to poverty in China,s poverty alleviation work,which is conducive to the smooth completion of China's poverty alleviation,the complete realization of getting rid of real poverty and getting rid of real poverty,and the completion of the comprehensive well-off society in 2020 as scheduled.
