It is important and difficult to plan the community development and solve the ecological contradiction, and it is urgent to understand the codependence relationship between the national parks and the community residents.Community residents,as one of the main groups that have interest in the construction of national park system, have the congenital advantage of participating in the construction of national park community because of their dependence on resources and heritage of history and culture. However,in the early stage of the new management system of nature reserves, national parks often pay more attention to ecological protection, ignoring the low level of participation and serious damage to the interests of residents in the process of actual participation. In essence,it is mainly the lack of power and unfair distribution of community residents. The application of the theory of community participation to the management practice of nature reserves proves that community participation is an effective means to achieve universal sharing.Based on the previous research results and the actual situation, this paper constructs the structural equation model of community residents' tourism empowerment, perceived equity and community participation in national parks. The results show that:(1)Tourism empowerment has a significant positive impact on perceived fairness, which confirms that empowerment is the main way to effectively promote equity in tourism development.(2)Perceived equity has a significant positive impact on community participation, and the higher the residents' sense of equity in the process of tourism income distribution, the stronger their willingness to participate in national park tourism development.(3)Economic empowerment, psychological empowerment and social empowerment all have no direct and significant impact on community participation, but political empowerment has a significant positive impact on community participation.(4)The intermediary effect of perceived fairness is significant.Respecting and protecting the rights of indigenous peoples in a fair and just manner is an important way to achieve sustainable development of national park tourism.Based on the results of the empirical analysis, this study provides a way to explore diversified ways of community participation in national parks by improving ecological compensation mechanism, balancing rights, strengthening residents' fair perception, broadening residents' participation channels, and landing the entrance community of national parks.
