In higher education, the teacher determines the quality of their success or failure of education. With teaching, teacher education research and gradually deepening the professional identity of the teachers and scholars attracted attention at home and abroad. This paper presents Tourism Management professional status of teachers' professional identity, concerns about the young teachers' inner world so as to improve tourism management professional development of University meager contributions to development efforts.Professional identity of teachers is a teacher from the heart to accept the job, and to all aspects of the job to make a positive perception and positive.Tourism management professional identity of young teachers can understand the basic situation of teachers and teacher professional development for its professional feelings, attitudes, based on national policies to develop pedagogical reference for teachers, school management, teacher management policies provide the basis for the development.Tourism Management for the professional development of young teachers inspiration. And guide young teachers to correctly understand themselves reflect on the own, positioning themselves to examine their attitudes on the job, find employment on the own meaning.The focus of this study is to tourism management professional identity construction of young teachers.Qualitative research methods, semi-structured interviews used to collect data, using the analysis of categories of data-rich, with the purpose of sampling Methods of Tourism Management Professional 8 as the interviewed young teachers.By interpreting the text of eight interviews with respondents, the study found that young teachers construction of professional identity is closely linked with the following factors:further studies and training, practice experience,education management and supervision and co-worker live in harmony, emphasis on leadership, student support, wages and benefits standardization, consolidation of collective sense of belonging.
