Public-funded normal students are an important part of the team of teacher.Xiangxi Tujiazu&Miaozu Autonomous Prefecture's public-funded normal graduates have provided an important supplement to the shortage and structural imbalance of teachers' resources in Xiangxi Tujiazu&Miaozu Autonomous Prefecture.Nowadays,there are many issues which relate to public-funded normal graduates in teaching schools,such as teachers “Can't stay”,“Low level in sense of belonging”and other issues of professional loyalty.The sense of professional belonging and professional loyalty of the graduates from public-funded normal university directly affect the sense of professional efficacy and professional behaviors.Based on the ERG theory,this study studies the professional loyalty of public-funded normal graduates in Xiangxi Tujiazu& Miaozu Autonomous Prefecture.To analyze the relationships among the individual needs,which include existence n needs,relatedness needs,growth needs,and teacher's professional loyalty,which include professional affective loyalty,professional behavior loyalty,professional normative loyalty,and professional continuous loyalty.Also,to analyze the degree of the influence of individual needs of teachers on professional loyalty of teachers.The main research methods used in this study are: Literature Analysis,Questionnaire Survey and Interview.In the questionnaire survey method,this study adapted “Basic needs scale”,“Professional affective loyalty scale” and“Professional normative loyalty scale”,and made the research tools,include “the questionnaire of the individual needs of the public-funded normal school graduates” and “the questionnaire of professional loyalty of the public-funded normal school graduates”.The research studied the individual needs and professional loyalty of the public-funded normal university graduates in Xiangxi Tujiazu&Miaozu Autonomous Prefecture.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The degree of professional loyalty and individual demand satisfaction of Xiangxi Tujiazu&Miaozu Autonomous Prefecture's public-funded normal graduates was above the middle level,among which the teachers' behavioral loyalty and relationship needs were the highest.(2)There is a significant positive correlation between the individual needs and the professional loyalty of Xiangxi Tujiazu&Miaozu Autonomous Prefecture's public-funded graduates.Growth needs,relationship needs and living needs of teachers are positive predictors of professional affective loyalty of teachers;relationship needs are positive predictors of behavior loyalty of teachers;relationship needs and growth needs are positive predictors of normative loyalty,continuous loyalty and average values of teacher's professional loyalty.(3)The professional loyalty of Xiangxi Tujiazu&Miaozu Autonomous Prefecture's public-funded graduates is influenced by the individual needs.It is shown that the relationship needs are the intermediary factor between the existence needs and growth needs.Focus on the existing problems,this study holds that teachers' professional loyalty can be improved by improving teachers' welfare,setting up the multi-incentive system,perfecting the system of teachers' professional development,and creating a supportive school atmosphere.
