| In an important period when the achievements of poverty alleviation are consolidated and effectively promoted by rural revitalization,it is the urgent desire of farmers to effectively promote the development of rural industries.The new normal is a new look of China's economic development and requires the sustainability of economic development.As the basis of sustainable economic development,the migrant workers who belong to one of the workers are naturally no exception.Farmers are the main force of social production and make great contributions to social production.However,the lack of skills soon put migrant workers on the verge of employment,and migrant workers face the dilemma of being eliminated by the society.Skills training based on industrial projects can quickly improve the vocational skills of migrant workers in a short term.Based on this,this paper takes the theory of collaborative governance,through the analysis of rural industrial projects,and strive to improve the training management level of government and rural industrial projects.This paper takes the farmer skills training of G Township rural industrial projects as the specific case to identify the problems in rural industrial projects,the lack of effective coordination,the internal and external government departments,the training requirements,the training effect and the same,the internal dynamic mechanism,inadequate training resources,facilities and supporting services.Finally,from the formation of multiple subject cooperation training subject pattern,build effective endogenous power mechanism,strengthen farmers skills training resources and guarantee conditions coordination and build perfect farmer skills training effect assessment mechanism put forward countermeasures,so as to improve industrial project farmers skills training work,to promote the rural industrial project quality and efficiency,achieve the goal of rural revitalization industry prosperity. |
