| The “experience economy” is booming,user experience is the cognitive basis for users to evaluate products,packaging is an important part of products,and good packaging user experience is an important indicator of successful products.Keming Noodles,a school-enterprise cooperative enterprise,proposed that in the market survey,consumers reported that the opening experience of sauce packages was not good,and the phenomenon that the compound film of sauce packages was “not easy to tear” was widespread.This project relies on the school-enterprise cooperation project,focusing on the problem of “not easy to tear”,to carry out the user experience research and easy to tear structure design of the sauce package.Composite film packaging bags generally adopt the design of easy tear mouth,and most of them are opened by tearing.Based on extensive literature reading and market research,this thesis comprehensively analyzes the influencing factors affecting the easy tear experience of easy tear packaging bags,defines the main components of the user experience of easy tear packaging bags as:easy tear mouth,linear tear performance and tear force,and carries out experimental research around the three.Firstly,the experimental research is carried out around the core element of tear user experience-tear force.The tear force is the main basis for users to evaluate whether it is easy to tear,but there is no research or conclusion to determine the tear standard from the perspective of tear force.Based on the theory and method of user experience research,the subject carries out user experience test for specific user groups,studies the relationship between tear force and tear user experience,obtains the quantitative relationship between easy tear,general and difficult tear user experience and tear force,and provides a reference tear force standard for easy tear design.Secondly,aiming at the difficult tearing problem of soy sauce packaging bag proposed by Keming noodle industry,taking soy sauce packaging bag as the object,four common soy sauce packaging bag materials are selected to explore the influencing factors of soy sauce packaging tear ability around three user experience elements: easy tear mouth,linear tear performance and tear force.Through experiments,the effects of different materials,tear structure,tear direction,water film and oil film on tear ability were summarized.Finally,according to the experimental research conclusion of easy to tear packaging,the easy to tear structure of sauce packaging bag is innovatively designed to meet the user’s easy to tear experience.A comprehensive design idea of optimizing the tear opening structure,reasonably selecting the tear direction,setting the tear auxiliary line and improving the texture of the contact surface is put forward.A new easy tear packaging bag for sauce bag is designed and trial produced.The rationality of the tear structure and the superiority of the tear performance of the new easy tear packaging bag are verified through the user experience evaluation and comparative test of the conventional bag type and the new bag type.This subject is the first to propose a quantitative expression of the user experience of the tear-off packaging bag opening,and establishes the corresponding relationship between the tearing force and the degree of easy to tear.The effects of material,structure,tear direction and surface characteristics on tear ability are clarified,the innovative design idea of tear structure is summarized,and a new tear packaging structure of sauce package is successfully designed.The research of this topic expands the research connotation of easy to tear packaging,and has positive significance for improving the design of easy to tear packaging bag,improving product user experience,and improving product user satisfaction and corporate image. |
