A Railway Group is the key collecting and distributing centre of China energy investment core coal area,while its railway power supply management capability directly affects the organization and efficiency.In recent years,railway enterprises have made some effective management countermeasures and mechanism by enhancing security risk analysis and management.While it is clear that there is still lack of advance control and mechanism of risk control analysis and guarding,resulting in instability of secure production and security accidents.Therefore,it is of great importance to build a set of fit security risk management system based on security risk analysis of railway power supply.This paper studies A railway corporation power supply security management by using qualitative and quantitative analysis.Firstly,the basic concept of safety risk management is defined,and the current situation at home and abroad is fully understood and studied,and The accidents in the power industry from 2015 to 2020 are statistically analyzed from two aspects of accident categories and influencing factors,the estimated probability value of each basic event is obtained,and the causes and laws of power supply safety accidents are summarized.Meanwhile A railway corporation power supply security risk in safety management are studied.The key analysis is put on the railway power supply security infect factor from personnel,material,equipment,environment and organization management.Then,taking the risk of falling from height as an example,this paper uses the fault tree analysis method to identify the risk of falling from height.At the same time,combined with qualitative and quantitative analysis,it evaluates the identified risk,obtains the structural importance,probability importance and critical importance of each basic event,and sorts the results,so as to obtain the evaluation results.Based on the evaluation results,the paper put forward purposefully falling from height security risk control measures.Finally,the ranking results are used as the basis to prepare the manual of risk source identification of falling from height.Meanwhile,it give the analysis of the implementation of the risk control measures,which provides strong support for the construction of power supply safety risk management system of A railway group and directs to further promote the application of research for the risk management.
