| With the development of the Internet,talents are becoming more and more important,As far as enterprises are concerned,the current enterprise competition is mainly the competition of talents.How to obtain,make good use of and retain talents is a key issue to be considered in the process of enterprise management.The rational design and optimization of the enterprise’s performance management system is the basis to maximize the benefit of the enterprise’s first resource.How to motivate employees and make them create greater benefits for the enterprise is a matter that enterprise managers need to focus on.In the face of market competition,how to design a scientific management incentive system to bind the interests of employees and enterprises,so as to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises,has become an urgent problem to be solved in human resource management of all kinds of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in China.This paper chooses SJ company as the representative of small and medium-sized enterprises to study the characteristics of its performance management and optimize the problems.Firstly,understand the current development of small and medium-sized enterprises and the characteristics of the company’s current performance management system,and understand the current research status and relevant theoretical knowledge of performance management at home and abroad through literature review.Then,through face-to-face interview,questionnaire survey and literature review,from the aspects of performance management organization,performance indicators,performance fairness and openness,performance process management Understand the problems existing in SJ company’s existing performance management from the application of performance results,and make an in-depth analysis on the causes of SJ company’s performance management problems.It is found that the main reasons are insufficient attention by the management,too simple setting of performance indicators,lack of effective communication and feedback in performance process management and so on.By understanding the company’s strategic objectives,this paper redesigns the performance indicators and weights of SJ company by combining BSC and KPI,establishes an evaluation team office headed by the general manager,improves the status of performance management organization,optimizes the performance evaluation process and performance feedback process,and applies the performance evaluation results to annual performance salary increase,year-end bonus and so on,so as to build an incentive optimize the performance management system.Finally,the possible problems of the optimization scheme are analyzed,and some safeguard measures are put forward.The purpose of this paper is to guide the practical activities of SJ company’s performance and performance reform,and also hope to give some reference to similar enterprises. |
