China, now the world’s biggest in terms of logistics volume, has seen a decrease in its quality of development, yet still remains relatively low.The development of China’s logistics industry, due to its rugged model, could result in a greater use of energy and a significant rise in carbon emissions. Therefore, carrying out carbon emission reduction work in China’s logistics industry is crucial to achieving the long-term targets of "carbon peak" and "Carbon neutralization".Through a comprehensive appraising of the carbon discharge efficiency of the logistics industry, this article can more accurately understand the evolution status of carbon discharge efficiency in China’s logistics industry. It is a vital data basis for the land to formulate carbon discharge reduction policies, and is also an effective tool for analyzing the differences in carbon discharge efficiency of the logistics trade between provinces in China.Transportation infrastructure is the foundation for the development of the logistics industry. It can not only effectively promote the spatial flow between various elements of the logistics industry, improve the speed of commodity circulation, further reduce transportation costs, but also provide impetus for the development of the logistics industry, change its development scale, and ultimately have an influence on the carbon discharge productiveness of the logistics trade. Therefore, studying the influence of transportation infrastructure on the carbon discharge productiveness of the logistics industry in China can help to better study its influence mechanism, promote the carbon discharge productiveness of the logistics industry, and promote the sustainable growth of the logistics trade in China.Based on the study on the carbon discharge productiveness of the logistics industry, this article focuses on the influence factor of traffic infrastructure, and analyzes the spatial impact and influence of traffic infrastructure on the carbon discharge efficiency of the logistics trade from a spatial perspective. In the context of low carbon, this article first uses the data envelopment analysis method based on the productiveness perspective, taking the carbon discharge of the logistics trade as the research object, calculates the carbon discharge productiveness of China’s provincial logistics trade from 2011 to 2020,and analyzes the differences in the carbon emissions efficiency of China’s provincial logistics industry. On this basis, global and local autocorrelation tests are conducted on the carbon emission efficiency of the logistics industry, and then a spatial econometric model is constituted to specifically analyze the influence of China’s traffic infrastructure on logistics carbon discharge efficiency from 2011 to 2020.The conclusion is that the transportation structure of transportation infrastructure based on railways, highways, airlines, and inland waterways has a reverse inhibitory effect on the carbon discharge productiveness of China’s logistics trade. In addition to vital inhibitory impacts on the carbon discharge productiveness of the local logistics trade,Traffic and Infrastructure Construction also has a certain inhibitory impact on the carbon discharge productiveness of the logistics trade in neighboring regions.Based on this, the development path and relevant suggestions for low-carbon logistics in China are proposed to further improve the carbon emission efficiency of logistics in China and make theoretical contributions to environmental protection.
