Due to the complex environment and operation technology of riserless light well intervention,it is easy to cause safety accidents,so it is difficult for petroleum enterprises to conduct on-site training for workover personnel.In order to solve the above problems and improve the training effect,the virtual simulation training system has been widely used in the job training of petroleum enterprises because of its advantages of strong immersive,good interaction,high security.This paper takes riserless light well intervention as the research prototype,analyzes the system composition,equipment layout and movement law of the workover equipment,and designs and develops a virtual simulation training system for riserless light well intervention operation based on virtual reality technology.The details are as follows:According to the characteristics of the training system,make clear the system requirements and structural framework;Combined with the characteristics of development tools to choose appropriate modeling software,and determine the training system design process.Through Solid Works and other modeling software to complete the workover equipment virtual model construction and fine processing;And the use of Unity 3D 3D virtual engine tools,with C# language,to achieve offshore workover equipment information query,virtual scene roaming,operation process simulation,virtual and real interaction control and other functions;The application of the training system in well abandonment and plugging shows that the system has certain engineering application value.Based on the micro element method and d ’Alembert principle,the coiled tubing and its sealing elements are analyzed and modeled with the help of Abaqus finite element software to explore the operating state of coiled tubing and its sealing elements under different working conditions.By combining the mechanical analysis model with virtual reality model,the mechanical deformation and stress state of key equipment in the training system can be displayed.Design and implement the data interaction function between the training system and simulation platform.Based on OPC UA protocol and cloud database,realize the movement synchronization between simulation platform and training system;The function of OPC client is expanded,and the training system and simulation platform are combined to test whether the function of the training system is perfect.
