Research On Fire Disaster Relief Tactics Of High Rise Commercial Buildings

The rapid development of building technology and the continuous tension of urban land resources have resulted in the development of high-rise building.The high-rise buildings also bring some other problems,such as fire fighting,while alleviating the problem of urban land resources.High building fire has the characteristics of rapid fire spread,difficulty in fire extinguishing and difficulty in rescuing.Therefore,high rise fire is easy to cause large loss of production property,so the application of fire disaster relief tactics has an important effect on reducing the loss of life and property.Fire fighting and rescue in high-rise buildings has always been the focus of attention at home and abroad.A series of research has been carried out,and many research achievements have been achieved.These research results also provide ideas and directions for this study.In this paper,the characteristics of high-rise building and fire rescue will be analyzed and summarized,including the characteristics of the high-rise building fire,the difficulty of rescue,the main work and content of the fire disaster relief in the high-rise building,the establishment of the fire disaster relief plan for high-rise buildings,etc.,and the shortcomings of the fire rescue plan for the high-rise building in China at present.To sum up;then Xinhua International Trade Center as an example,a practical research on high-rise building fire rescue tactics.The practical research is divided into the following steps: first,according to the main height of Jiujiang high rise building and the use of the international business center of the letter Hua,the 8 and 17 layers of the office area are selected as the researcher,the fire from the scene is presupposed on the two floors,and then the smoke movement in the fire scene is simulated with the FDS software.According to the simulation results,a reasonable disaster relief plan is formulated,and the best tactical plan is selected through comparative analysis.In order to verify the correctness of the tactical plan,this paper will also use the way of actual combat to verify the plan.The significance of this research is mainly reflected in two aspects: Theory and practice.The theoretical significance of this study is as follows: This paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of the fire in high-rise buildings and the theoretical basis of the rescue tactics.At the same time,it also puts forward the corresponding tactical ideas and enriches the theory of fire rescue in high-rise buildings to a certain extent.This paper takes the international business center of Shen Hua as an example to carry out the fire scene preview.The research of setting,tactical formulation,tactical training and so on,through practice to verify the tactics,is of certain reference significance for the formulation of fire rescue tactics in high-rise buildings.
