The Optimized Research On Purchasing Management Of C Company

Efficiency improvement and cost control are the lifeline of auto-sparepart manufacturing enterprises.Accurate and efficient procurement management can help auto-sparepart enterprises to improve production quality,operating efficiency and costs control.C company is mainly engaged in the design,development,manufacturing,assembly and processing of rubber products related to auto.After ten years of development,C company has accumulated a good reputation in the industry.However,the problems of sluggish delivery,excessive inventory,poor storage and large inventory cost occured frequently in the procurement management of C company.Firstly,this thesis analyzed the research status of procurement management at home and abroad,and discussed the procurement management theory,supply chain management theory,supplier management theory,and VMI theory.Then,through the investigation and interview,this thesis found serveral problems in the procurement management of C company,including the unreasonable procurement organizational structure,poor supplier management,poor performance appraisal mechanism of procurement,complex and unscientific procurement process,and overdue material inventory control.On this basis,it puts forward the improvement of supplier management procurement business process,simplification of procurement organizational structure restructuring and improvement of personnel performance assessment,and puts forward five optimization strategies for C company’s purchasing inventory control based on VMI model.Finally,from the four dimensions of leadership system,cultural and talent,this paper put forward the guarantee measures.In the object selection,this thesis breaks through the current situation that the relevant research are mostly focused on the automobile production and maintenance enterprises,and focuses on the auto-sparepart enterprises.At the same time,this theis pays attention to quantitative research methods,especially in the process of measuring the purchasing behavior under VMI mode and the benefit of supplier management,using calculation formulas and examples to increase the feasibility and reliability of the data of the optimization strategies.To sum up,this thesis provides a supplement to the research system of purchasing management in the automobile industry.
