| In recent years,with the rapidly expanding economy of the country,the traffic flow of the air transport industry has increased sharply.The complex routing,uneven flow distribution between regions,and severe scarcity of airspace resources have become the main bottleneck restricting the development of the civil aviation industry.Therefore,it has great significance to make the sector planning of the existing airspace more scientific and reasonable,in order to improves the utilization rate of the airspace and the efficiency of air traffic,as well as alleviate the workload of the controller for ensuring flight safety.In this paper,by studying the sector complexity that affects controller’s workload,a sector complexity model is established,and a sector planning method combining the area growth algorithm and genetic algorithm is proposed to achieve reasonable sector planning of airspace,with the goal of balancing the sector complexity.Firstly,considering the geometric structure of the sector,its internal air routes,waypoints and traffic flow distribution,the factors that affecting the complexity of the sector are analyzed,determined and then quantified from both static and dynamic perspectives,and a sector complexity model based on this is constructed,in order to provide the main basis for sector planning.secondly,based on the sector complexity model,combined with the actual requirements and basic principles of sector planning,a sector planning method combining the area growth algorithm and the genetic algorithm is proposed with the improvement and design of the two algorithms.Through this method,the airspace is rasterized,and the region growing algorithm is used to combine the grid cells to generate sector units,then the genetic algorithm is used to combine the sector units optimally to generate sectors,realizing the airspace sector planning with the goal of equalizing the sector complexity.Furthermore,based on the obtained two-dimensional sector planning results,the three-dimensional sector planning method is proposed.Finally,a simulation experiment of airspace sector planning is carried out with the Beijing flight information region as an example,and the analysis of the experimental results verifies the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed sector complexity model and the sector planning method. |
