| Automated container terminal equipment is an important part of terminal resources,which not only affects the operating capacity of the automated terminal,but also measures the efficiency and cost of the automated terminal.With the development of the global shipping industry,evaluating the effectiveness of automated terminals is of great significance to the transformation and upgrading of container terminals towards automation,as well as the improvement and improvement of automated terminals.At present,most of the research on automatic terminal equipment is for the configuration and efficiency evaluation of single or multiple types of equipment,and there is no research on conflict identification of automatic terminal equipment resources.From the perspective of terminal efficiency,this paper introduces the results of automatic terminal equipment conflict identification into the index system,and builds an automated terminal efficiency evaluation index system and efficiency evaluation model.Automated terminal is a complex system,equipment resources are closely connected,and there are restrictions and conflicts.Therefore,a comprehensive and scientific identification of conflicts is the basis and key to the evaluation of automated terminal efficiency.This paper summarizes and identifies the factors that affect the conflicts of the automated terminal equipment,provides ideas and indicator sources for the construction of the automated terminal effectiveness evaluation index system,establishes a multi-layer effectiveness evaluation index system,and selects the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for comprehensive evaluation.Taking Xiamen Ocean Gate Container Terminal as an example for verification analysis,and evaluate the impact of automated terminal equipment resources on the efficiency of automated terminals.In terms of identifying conflicts in automated terminal equipment resource,using case analysis to find factors that affect automatic terminal equipment conflict.At the same time,starting from analyzing the automated terminal operation data,the improved FCM algorithm is used to perform cluster analysis on the operation data of the automated terminal and classify conflict factors.Then through expert correction,the identification result of the conflicting factors of the automated terminal equipment is obtained.In order to reasonably evaluate the efficiency of the automated terminal,the efficiency evaluation index system is constructed from the four aspects of terminal equipment efficiency,capacity,cost,and reliability,and the conflict identification results are used as part of the index source.For quantitative and qualitative indicators,the covariance-analytic hierarchy process was selected to determine the index weights,and the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the effectiveness of Xiamen Ocean Gate Container Terminal.According to the evaluation results,the index factors that affect the efficiency of the automated terminal are summarized and analyzed,and corresponding improvement suggestions are proposed to provide a scientific reference for the transformation and upgrading of the container terminal and the optimization of the resource configuration of the automated terminal equipment. |
