| With the popularity and development of online shopping,many users are not satisfied with the same old products in e-commerce platforms,and hope that merchants can launch product customization business to meet their individual needs,so personalized product customization systems are born.At present,such platforms suffer from mismatched decision information,complicated customization tools,and incomplete user experience,leading to more consumers’ shyness towards such business.Therefore,by introducing the perspective of availability,this paper analyzes the experience elements of personalized product customization system from four aspects: availability of feeling,availability of use,availability of effect and availability of control,and proposes corresponding design strategies,models and evaluation schemes for the user experience problems of related systems;on this basis,using the availability experience design model with child safety seats as the object,the paper designs and develops a Based on this,a personalized product customization system based on We Chat applet was designed and developed.Finally,using the availability experience guideline combined with Likert scale,the system was used to test the experience satisfaction of the target user group and obtain feedback for improvement by using a real machine.The results show that the system has good user fill and high user satisfaction.This study proposes a design method for the availability experience to address the user experience problems of the personalized product customization platform,which has certain reference and complementary significance for the research in related fields;the practice of personalized child safety seat customization system implemented by We Chat small program provides a personalized product customization channel for enterprises,and also provides a new perspective for the development of related systems. |
