Our country is in the stage of industrialization development.For a long time,the energy consumption of industrial buildings in China is quite considerable.Reducing the energy consumption of industrial buildings and promoting green industrial building become an important way of industrial transformation and development.It is also the primary problem for designers to consider.This article through the green industrial building in a textile factory evaluation,on the one hand,put in a textile factory design,transformation,deficiencies in the operation process and the improvement of energy saving measures;on the other hand,for some of the terms of improvement,proposed suitable for textile industry standards,hope in green building evaluation of China's textile industry when play a certain role.The following are the main research methods and conclusions of this paper.(1)Studying the evaluation standards of green industrial buildings,researching and summarizing the energy consumption status of textile mills,and conducting a green evaluation of a textile mill with Svel Software,and finding that there are two major problems in the “standard”: Part of the fuzzy evaluation criteria and the basis for evaluation Not strong.5.2.3 rational use of natural ventilation,5.2.6 rational use of natural lighting,6.3.6 production of water using non-traditional sources of water these three for the textile mill is difficult to score,this paper proposes to reduce5.2.3,5.2.6,6.3.6 Points are added to 5.2.1,5.2.13,5.2.16 and 6.2.2 respectively.(2)according to "standard" 5.2.1 and 9.2.5,this paper analyses the heat insulation,heat insulation and moisture insulation of the enclosure structure of the cold area,and considers that the heat transfer coefficient of the roof and the exterior wall of the cold area should be respectively 0.28 and 0.49,and the thermal inertia can reach 1.718 and1.152.That is,the thermal insulation of the superfine glass insulation after the 150 mm is recommended.The surface layer of propylene membrane is W38 gas insulated,the external wall insulation layer adopts 60 mm thick extruded polystyrene board,and the moistureproof layer is 20 mm thick 1:2 cement mortar(adding cement and heavy 5-7%waterproofing agent).(3)this paper puts forward the optimization plan of textile air conditioning system,refrigeration system,water saving and electricity saving,respectively.According to5.2.13,there are many kinds of energy saving air conditioning systems.In this paper,indirect evaporative cooling technology is proposed in this paper.Compared with direct evaporation,energy saving is 15%,0.4 points,30% energy saving,0.6 points,and a reasonable use of decentralized refrigeration technology,which can get 0.5 points directly;for a cloth workshop,a small environment zoning air conditioning system is adopted,and all The indirect evaporative cooling technology is also applied in the spray room,which can get a full score.The comprehensive utilization of energy is improved by5.2.11.This paper suggests that for textile mills,the utilization ratio of water resources is increased by 30%,0.4 points,50% and 0.6,and distributed thermoelectric cooling technology is adopted,and energy can be used directly by 0.5 points.
