Research On Participatory Planning Method Of Barrier Free Community Based On Pattern Language

Under the background of the continuous increase in the number of disabled people and the accelerated aging process,the construction of barrier free environment is imminent.As the main carrier of public daily life,residential community is an important space unit to implement the concept of barrier free.In order to help vulnerable groups speak,strengthen the public’s ability to obtain information and awareness of participation,and let them participate in their own community affairs,public participation should be the core means of barrier free community planning and construction.In order to closely connect the connotation of barrier free community and the characteristics of public participation,this paper introduces model language as the carrier and tool of barrier free community participatory planning.This paper summarizes the relevant theoretical and practical research on barrier free environment construction,model language and community participatory planning,and through the interpretation of barrier free concept and the connotation of barrier free community,as well as the research and arrangement of relevant theories such as public participation,community participatory planning,the theoretical core of community participatory planning,and the current situation of community public participation,It is considered that there are some problems in the construction of barrier free community,such as complex research elements and large scale span,which makes the technical barriers and limited participation ability of public participation in community planning.According to the complexity and participatory characteristics of pattern language,this paper puts forward the research hypothesis that pattern language is suitable for barrier free community participatory planning,and deduces the method framework of barrier free community participatory planning according to the design method in pattern language theory,including four levels: concept level,method level,theory level and application level,which provides a new path for community planning.Based on the methodological framework,this paper combs the specific methods for the construction of barrier free community pattern language closely combined with the concept of barrier free community,expounds the construction process and public participation methods combined with the specific methods,obtains the preliminary results of barrier free community pattern language,and carries out the application research of model language with Jiahua new village,Bao’an District,Shenzhen as a pilot community,The action framework and specific practice process of community participatory planning based on pattern language are formed,and the application effect of pattern language is evaluated according to the practical application effect,so as to complete the dynamic update of pattern language.Finally,it evaluates the public participation in the whole process of the construction and application of barrier free community pattern language,and puts forward solutions to the current problems of public participation.
