Research On Regional Development Level Evaluation And Promotion Mechanism Of Prefabricated Building

In recent years,prefabricated buildings have been vigorously promoted by the government and society,and various regions have successively introduced incentive policies for prefabricated buildings to promote the development of prefabricated buildings.Prefabricated buildings are currently considered to be one of the important ways for the sustainable development of building industrialization.Due to the different economic development and policy incentives in each province of China,the development of prefabricated buildings in each province is also different,showing great differences.Therefore,at present,China urgently needs to study and explore the regional development level of provincial-level prefabricated buildings.Through in-depth research on the regional development level of prefabricated buildings,it can effectively promote the overall and coordinated development of prefabricated building areas,and also improve the rational planning layout and management of prefabricated building resources.In this paper,we read a lot of literature as a way to analyze the influencing factors of regional development of prefabricated buildings,and determine the evaluation index system of regional development level of prefabricated buildings by Delphi method,which covers six dimensions of policy level,technical level,economic level,market level,environmental level and cultural level of guideline level indicators,and a total of 27 indicator level indicators,as a way to establish a The qualitative and quantitative determination methods of the development level of prefabricated buildings in Jiangxi Province based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were established.The weights of the criterion layer and the indicator layer were calculated separately by using hierarchical analysis and entropy weighting method,after which the weights calculated by both were combined by using the combined weighting method,and the weights of each characteristic indicator in the evaluation factor set were finally determined for the evaluation of the regional development level of Jiangxi Province’s prefabricated building,after which the affiliation function of each evaluation indicator was determined.On this basis,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct the calculation model of the regional development level of prefabricated buildings in Jiangxi Province,and the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of its index system is carried out,and the corresponding analysis is carried out according to the evaluation results.The research shows that the evaluation scores of each criterion layer calculated by the model are 0.5605 at the policy level,0.5388 at the technical level,0.4877 at the economic level,0.4751 at the market level,0.4621 at the environmental level,and0.3290 at the cultural level.Finally,according to the evaluation scores of each criterion layer,the comprehensive evaluation of the regional development level of prefabricated buildings is further calculated.The calculation result is 0.5082,the evaluation grade is f₃,and the score is 75 points,that is,the regional development level of prefabricated buildings in Jiangxi Province is medium.The results of this study are consistent with the actual development of prefabricated buildings in Jiangxi Province.This can fully illustrate the authenticity and scientificity of the results of the regional development level of prefabricated buildings in Jiangxi Province.Therefore,the results of this paper can provide a good reference direction for various government departments in Jiangxi Province to make decisions on the development of prefabricated building and optimize resources.At the same time,through the clear positioning of the current regional development level of prefabricated buildings in Jiangxi Province,Jiangxi Province can set clear development goals for prefabricated buildings,which can well drive the development of the entire prefabricated building industry chain in Jiangxi Province...
