| For the small batch,mult-batches,high added value of express goods,cargo owners more emphasis on transport enterprises can provide diversified transport services.Express freight involved in railway,highway,aviation and other modes of transportation,transportation process and transfer process contains a lot of uncertain conditions,transport logistics enterprises in the decisions,both want to consider the transport requirements of the shipper,transport conditions and social factors should be considered again,decision-making transport scheme of reasonable,economic and environmental protection.Therefore,this paper adopts the evaluation decision-making method,taking the main uncertain factors in the transportation process as the evaluation index,selects the evaluation method,and decides the transportation scheme that meets the requirements of the shippers according to their preferences.On this basis,the final decision result is obtained by group decision making method from the perspective of logistics enterprises.The article mainly contains the following contents:(1)From the railway express freight,highway express,air transport related definition,transport products,transport organization and other aspects of comparative analysis,analysis of China’s express freight market demand,express freight price difference.Finally,summarize and refine the existing research on the design of express freight service network,and analyze the optimization method and evaluation method of the existing express freight transportation mode decision.In view of the defects of the existing research evaluation methods,this paper summarizes the advantage of the decision-making method to deal with uncertain problems,namely the advantage of the two-theory domain rough set.Finally,it introduces the proposed method and the related theory of application to extension,which lays a foundation for the model and calculation in the following part.(2)In the evaluation process of express freight transportation scheme,evaluation indicators should be considered first.Due to many uncertainties in the process of express freight,indicators with uncertain characteristics are mainly selected for evaluation,such as demand proximity,transportation cost,transportation time,transfer cost,carbon emissions,etc.Secondly,the alternative transportation scheme is taken as the set set in advance,the set of evaluation indicators is taken as one research domain,and the possible decision results are taken as another research domain,that is,the scope of double theory domain is determined.Subjective factors to influence the single intuitionistic fuzzy relations,on the basis of multi-granularity intuitionistic fuzzy relation between rough set decision,can reduce subjective factors on the impact of the project decision-making,thus adopting multi-granularity intuitionistic fuzzy relations said indexes and the scheme of the relationship between value,namely each alternative transportation plan and include many kinds of intuitionistic fuzzy relationship between evaluation index,Compared with single intuitionistic fuzzy relation,multi-granularity is adopted to enlarge the decision space.Finally,the fitting function and sorting function of fusion information are defined to sort the proposed schemes.(3)In order to better reflect the preference of the logistics company,after obtaining the preferred transportation scheme of the cargo owner,the group decision method is adopted for the logistics company to make the overall decision.First of all,the multi-attribute group decision making method is adopted to describe the preference of each decision-making expert on attributes,that is,decision-makers can assign weights according to their own areas of expertise or familiar evaluation indicators.After that,according to the two-theory domain multi-granularity rough set theory,each expert was taken as the evaluation object to calculate the decision-making range of each decision-making expert and the decision-making range of the expert group.After that,by calculating the lower approximation and upper approximation values,the alternative transportation schemes were sorted by integrating t-mode and T-comode.(4)According to the express freight evaluation model and calculation method,cases under two scenarios are firstly set up to make transportation scheme decision according to different cargo owners’ requirements.On this basis,the logistics company makes expert group decision to get the optimal decision scheme in the case of multiple shippers.In addition,by comparing different transportation schemes and existing research results,the rationality and inadequacy of the evaluation decision-making method in this paper are analyzed.On the basis of the above research,the significance of express freight transportation scheme decision making based on rough set theory is summarized.At the same time,the deficiencies in the research process and the problems to be further studied are also analyzed. |
