With the rapid development of urban social economy,human activities have caused many negative impacts on the structure and ecological functions of rivers,and river ecological restoration has become a key work in the field of ecological environmental protection at home and abroad.In 2018,the Ministry of Water Resources clearly pointed out in the Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Modernization of Water Resources in the New Era that it is necessary to thoroughly implement the "sixteen character" policy of water conservancy work in the new era of "giving priority to water conservation,spatial balance,systematic governance,and both hands",increase the protection and supervision of rivers and lakes,promote the rehabilitation of rivers and lakes,implement water ecological protection and restoration projects,and constantly promote the modernization of water governance capacity,Build a harmonious and beautiful water environment.This paper aims at the typical ecological river course construction scheme in Xishan District,Wuxi City,combining with the management characteristics of "river chief system",constructs the evaluation index system of urban ecological river course construction scheme in Xishan District,Wuxi City,adopts fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,carries out evaluation and comparison of different ecological river course construction schemes,and puts forward ideas and measures suitable for urban ecological river course construction in economically developed river network areas in southern Jiangsu Province,which is of theoretical and practical significance,At the same time,it also provides reference for similar areas to carry out ecological river construction.First of all,on the basis of combing the connotation and basic theories and methods of ecological river construction,in combination with the natural characteristics of rivers in Xishan District of Wuxi City and the relevant requirements of ecological river construction,eight first level indicators,including basic functions,ecological functions,landscape functions,project investment,operation and management costs,construction environmental impact and social satisfaction,as well as ecological water supply assurance rate,water and soil loss rate The evaluation index system of the ecological river construction scheme in Xishan District,Wuxi City,with 28 secondary indicators such as BOD compliance rate.Secondly,AHP is used to determine the weight,compare the advantages and disadvantages of different evaluation methods and select appropriate methods.Qualitative data is quantified according to the scheme data and expert scoring results,and quantitative and qualitative index values are obtained,so as to obtain quantitative and qualitative evaluation matrices;Carry out the evaluation of the ecological river construction scheme,analyze and evaluate the optimal construction scheme of the ecological river in Xishan District,Wuxi City,and on this basis,propose relevant measures to supplement the weak indicators.Finally,based on the Visual Basic language,the comprehensive evaluation and comparison software of ecological river construction schemes in Xishan District,Wuxi City is designed based on the fuzzy evaluation method.The software system has the functions of constructing the evaluation index system,determining the index weight,calculating the matrix of various schemes,and obtaining the optimal restoration scheme through evaluation and comparison by inputting the parameters of multiple schemes of ecological river construction in Xishan District,Wuxi City,Realize scientific and intuitive evaluation of ecological river restoration plan in Xishan District,Wuxi City,and provide reference for decision-making of ecological river restoration in Xishan District,Wuxi City.Through the evaluation system,it is calculated that the restoration effect of Chunsanhe River is the best;According to the intuitionistic evaluation results,it can be seen that the investment index scores of the river channel project of Houshan Port,the flood drainage effect of the Three Rivers in Spring,the river channel project of Xinhua State and the bank slope project are low,and targeted suggestions are provided for improving the investment efficiency,improving the connectivity of the water system,carrying out ecological slope protection construction and other improvement measures.
