| With the development of economy,rapid iteration of product technology and increasingly fierce market competition,core talents are the guarantee of sustainable development of enterprises,so more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to staff training.In order to continuously improve the overall quality and ability of staff through training,it is necessary to support a scientific and effective staff training system.Based on ZF Marine engineering equipment company staff training system as the research object,through the in-depth system present situation and the existing problems,and puts forward the feasible improvement scheme,and formulated the plan implementation safeguard measures,for the company’s existing problems,improve the staff overall ability level,promote the development of corporate strategy plays a key role.In this paper,using the theory of learning organization,Goldstein three levels of training needs analysis model,adult learning theory,the government of Marine engineering equipment company,on the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the present situation and problems of training system,through the literature research,interview method,questionnaire investigation,interview,on the company’s training system problems and causes are analyzed,And according to the improvement demand analysis,design training system improvement plan,including training organization system improvement,training process system improvement,training curriculum system improvement,lecturer management system improvement four aspects.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth operation and implementation effect of the training system,it also puts forward safeguard measures from five aspects: establishing talent inventory mechanism,optimizing staff career development channel,creating learning organization atmosphere,strengthening financial investment and building intelligent platform.The training system constructed in this paper can solve the existing training problems of ZF Marine Engineering Equipment Company,improve the efficiency and quality of talent training,and meet the requirements of the company’s strategic development and talent development.Hopefully,it can also provide reference for the construction of the training system of the same type of enterprises. |
