| Under the strategic background of powerful transportation country,expressway construction is developing in the direction of high quality and high quality.The government,society,enterprises and other parties are seeking the construction mode of resource saving,low carbon environmental protection,high efficiency and energy saving,and have great potential in the cooperation between material supply and construction.The concrete distribution center is the basic guarantee for the construction of expressways.At present,its operation forms are diversified.This thesis studies the selection of concrete distribution stations with multiple bid sections and multiple construction points.Based on the search for the overall expressway construction project,it relies on the distribution of the same subject,which plays a positive role in reducing the cost and efficient distribution.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the demand relationship between expressway construction project construction party and concrete distribution center,expounds the basic principles and influencing factors of concrete distribution center location,and puts forward multi-objective and multi-level consideration space from the perspective of node service efficiency.On the model,the first target total cost of location model is calibrated by construction cost,operation cost and transportation cost.Taking the distribution efficiency of raw materials and concrete as the second objective,a bi-level programming model is constructed based on the gravity model.In terms of algorithm implementation,the solution mode based on NSGA-II and TODIM is designed,and is implemented based on MATLAB programming.Finally,taking Jingli Expressway Project as an example,three of the eight alternative points were selected to construct concrete distribution center.Sand,stone and cement are supplied from five raw material fields,according to the concrete mix ratio,the concrete needed for production and distribution of 28 construction points is produced,the optimal distribution center location scheme is obtained.The results show that if only the location cost is paid attention to,the location scheme of concrete distribution station is closer to the raw material field,resulting in the distribution of distribution stations being too concentrated,and the farthest distribution distance of distribution station is quite different,indicating that the location model and location scheme considering node service efficiency are reasonable and feasible.NSGA-II algorithm is superior to genetic algorithm in solving the model,which verifies the scientificity and effectiveness of this algorithm.The research on site selection of concrete distribution station considering node service efficiency has certain guiding significance for solving the problems of expressway engineering,dense construction points and convenient supply points. |
