Research On Schedule Management Of Data Platform Product Development Project

In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet industry,the demand and application of software in all walks of life are becoming more and more vigorous,and software service companies have sprung up.Currently,software service competition in the market is very intense.In order to obtain the software project,we often use low-cost software development quotation to win the software project development contract.However,software development is a mental work,it requires software practitioners to have software knowledge,skills and development experience,so the salary of software development practitioners is higher than most other industries.Software development cost is mainly labor cost,so software enterprises may get software development contract,but the profit is very low,even loss.In particular,due to customer requirements,strict delivery dates,project schedule management and other conditions caused by the delay in the completion of the project from time to time,leaving a bad impact on customers and deducting development costs,according to the contract,the enterprise is very passive.Therefore,at present,almost all software enterprises attach great importance to the quality of project management,improve efficiency,reduce software development costs and reduce software development cycle,which puts forward higher requirements for project schedule management.First,I analyzed the background,the present situation and the predicament of L company.This paper introduces the literature and the present state of the project progress and rapid development management.Second,we analyzed the current state and problem of the progress management of data platform projects based on the experience of L company,the development and process of the project.Each link of the data platform project schedule management is introduced.And,the work includes active task sequence,activity period estimation,critical path identification,schedule control and implementation,and the problem of project planning analyzes the problem of plan planning.Then,through the introduction of the data platform project schedule improvement plan,based on the agile development project work breakdown structure,project team,activity duration estimation,resource conflict improvement,combined with the project schedule management theory,using the critical path and three time estimation method,optimize the data platform project schedule.
