| With the development of the Internet and 5G technology at home and abroad.data warehouse applications based on big data technology have emerged one after another,and all industries have started to use big data technology for digital transformation,and data warehouse construction has been an important means to reform port informatization and improve the competitiveness of the industry.Y Port Group was identified by the Ministry of Transport as a national pilot unit of"smart port construction" for a strong transportation country.In order to integrate and generate new industry,new space and new energy,Y Port Group strengthens the digital transformation and upgrading of port business,and builds a set of data warehouse platform with the functions of collection and integration,data transit,data management,data analysis and data visualization.The data warehouse platform with functions of collection and integration,data transfer,data management.data analysis and data visualization,covering all information systems of Y-Port Group,has the core value of establishing data assets and building a closed loop of data,laying the data foundation for the realization of smart port construction.In the process of software project development management in the past,Y Port Group has a relatively sloppy management of progress,and there are problems such as unclear requirement analysis and frequent project changes.In this context,this thesis applies the theoretical knowledge of project schedule management to big data application system development projects through practical analysis and research,refines the management of big data application system development projects based on software project life cycle,and proposes practical software project schedule management solutions and implementation guarantee measures.The WBS task decomposition,Gantt chart,critical path method,critical chain and other tools and methods are used to design the schedule plan for the Y-port data warehouse development project.After the schedule plan scheme is determined,the implementation of the scheme is controlled and safeguard measures are proposed to ensure the implementation effect in terms of optimizing the organization,improving the system system and standardizing the implementation process.Through reasonable incentive assessment system,change control,training and other mechanism measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the project schedule plan,to achieve the completion of the task within the optimal construction period,to ensure the smooth implementation of the Y-port data warehouse development project,the successful launch,to help Y-port digital transformation and upgrading,and to lay the foundation for the construction of the smart port. |
