| The Second Tenth Report identifies high-quality development as the focus of China’s economic development in the next phase.With the rapid evolution of new information technology and the renewal of financial payment methods,the traditional capital management model can no longer adapt to the modern management of enterprises and the new needs of SASAC’s digital supervision,so it is urgent to improve the treasury management capability.Treasurer management can monitor and coordinate financial resources such as enterprise funds in real time,use more advanced management system and information technology to improve the efficiency of group funds management,optimize the overall resource allocation of the group,create new value for the enterprise,and help China’s economic development to high-quality transformation.The power industry belongs to a long-cycle industry,and with the growth of operating costs and the reduction of policy tariffs,it greatly compresses the profits of the power industry.This paper takes SD Group’s treasury management model as the starting point,explores management methods suitable for enterprise characteristics and industry features,actively adjusts its own centralized capital management model,optimizes the allocation of capital resources,and improves the efficiency of capital scale,with a view to providing strong financial support for the group’s long-term development We will provide strong financial support for the long-term development of the Group.First of all,this paper provides an overview of the management mode of major domestic enterprises,reviews relevant domestic and foreign research literature,and highlights the importance of optimizing the management mode of treasurer.The paper also discusses theoretical methods such as centralization,decentralization,and value chain.This theoretical framework serves as a valuable reference for the analysis presented in the following article.Next,this paper discusses the investigation of the current management situation of the SD Group treasurer through a questionnaire survey method.The purpose is to analyze the existing problems in the current fund management and provide recommendations for optimizing the treasurer management mode.After analyzing the current situation of SD Group’s treasurer management mode and conducting investigations,it was discovered that centralized management of funds has several issues.These include low concentration of capital collection and insufficient synergistic effect of information resources.In order to improve the management status of the SD group treasurer,it is recommended to optimize the company’s structure and treasurer management functions.This can be achieved by enhancing information resource synergies and optimizing design.Additionally,qualitative and quantitative assessments using factor analysis should be implemented to develop safeguard measures.These measures aim to promote domestic enterprises in the digital transformation of capital management and explore new modes of capital management.Ultimately,this will enrich the treasurer management practice mode in our country.This paper explores the implementation of treasurer management mode in enterprises to address the issues faced by the SD group treasurer.The aim is to enhance the group’s efficiency in fund utilization,asset flows,and financial asset management.The article hopes to provide guidance for improving the electric power industry’s capital management system through this research on treasurer management mode. |
