| In recent years, with the promotion of ecological civilization and the advent of the era of neighborhood avoidance, the public’s awareness of rights and environmental protection has been rising, and the existence of NIMBY facilities has become more and more distasteful. At present, there are few studies on the transformation of abandoned mining areas in China, but there are fewer studies on landscape reconstruction with the improvement of the avoidance effect of mining areas as the starting point. The landscape reconstruction is mostly explored in terms of ecological protection and urban repair, and lacks attention to the needs of nearby residents for compensation of loss of interests and site use, resulting in a series of problems such as homogenization of landscape, waste of space and lack of long-term development mechanism. The study of landscape reclamation in the context of improving the "NIMBYism" effect can help to develop a realistic site landscape reclamation plan, eliminate the site "NIMBYism" effect, dissolve the "NIMBYism" complex of nearby residents, change the residents’ perception of the site landscape and improve the site utilization rate,so as to achieve a stable and healthy sustainable development of the site. This paper takes improving the "era of NIMBYism" effect of abandoned mine sites as the premise of landscape reconstruction, analyzes the "NIMBYism" problem of abandoned mine sites, and then illustrates the importance of landscape reconstruction of abandoned mine sites;summarizes the improvement mechanisms of the "NIMBYism" effect at home and abroad, and selects suitable improvement mechanisms to apply in the practice of landscape reconstruction of mine sites,so as to promote the change of the "NIMBYism" property of abandoned mine sites to "NIMBYism" property. The project aims to promote the transformation of the "NIMBYism" avoidance property to the "neighbor-benefit" property in abandoned mining areas. This project selects the abandoned mining area in Jining Economic Development Zone as the research object, investigates the current situation of the abandoned mining area and residents’ activity demands, summarizes the existing problems and future development opportunities of the site, and determines the transformation mode of the site according to the fit between the spatial transformation mode of the mining area and the site conditions. We propose specific design principles such as ecological priority, localization, cultural preservation, sustainable development, and people-oriented,and formulate detailed re-creation strategies for topography, vegetation, and water bodies from the perspectives of ecological compensation and planning compensation, and place spatial functions and activity facilities that can meet the needs of nearby residents and improve the "NIMBYism" effect into the site to complete the design practice of landscape recreation of the site space.By discussing the specific design strategies and methods to improve the "NIMBYism" effect of the mine,it provides some reference and meaning for the transformation of the mine landscape and the reuse of the mine space, and also proposes design ideas and specific methods to improve the avoidance effect of the mine. |
