As the top-level design of enterprise development and management,strategic management can effectively enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,stimulate the potential of employees,strengthen the efficiency of the enterprise organization,and boost the long-term development of the enterprise.In recent years,due to the normalization of COVID-19 prevention and control work,western trade protectionism and carbon peak and carbon neutral policies,most Chinese enterprises have suffered a considerable impact,especially on the small and medium-sized enterprises in the stage of transformation and upgrading,and the development strategy of enterprises is full of challenges.In the future process of management how to further enhance the enterprise itself strategic competition ability,reasonable use of their own advantages and external advantages,appropriate to avoid their own development disadvantages and external adverse factors to achieve the steady development of small and medium-sized enterprises,has been an important topic in the strategic development of small and medium-sized enterprises,to effectively respond to the uncertainty of future development,improve enterprise development strategic management is imminent.This paper focuses on company A of small and medium-sized enterprises.In the early stage,while reading a lot of literature and periodicals,we carried out targeted field visits according to the theoretical knowledge of strategic management and management economics,so as to obtain the competitive environment and basic situation of Company A.Through PESTEL analysis model,Porter five-force model and EFE matrix analysis,a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the competitive external environment of A company is conducted,and IFE matrix and internal environment analysis are used to influence the internal advantages and disadvantages of A company’s future development.From the point of external environment,at present can be determined is A company is located in yongnian area standard parts industry cluster environment both enjoy the obvious industrial location advantage,and face fierce external competition,A company unique products in a short time has certain advantages,in the long run small production scale,single product,the ability to deal with potential competition and risk impact ability is limited.Through the SWOT analysis model,in view of company A’s current financial advantages,product advantages,and production capacity and research and development potential,resources and goals are concentrated in their strengths and the most opportunities,and comprehensive analysis of SO growth strategy as the best development strategy.In the growth path of Company A company,clearly positioned the internal development strategy of Company A company,and appropriately put forward a series of specific strategy implementation.At the same time,determine the safeguard measures for implementing the development strategy to achieve healthy,sustainable and high-quality development for Company A.At the same time,for the Yongnian standard parts industry of other small and medium-sized enterprises benign strategic development to provide reference.
