Research On Effectiveness Evaluation System Of Digital Collaborative Development Environment For H Enterprise

In the process of product upgrading,H enterprise has introduced a large number of hardware and software equipment.In order to achieve lean management of the enterprise,how to evaluate the existing digital conditions,demonstrate the necessity and selection of new equipment has become a major challenge.Taking digital collaborative development environment as a system to evaluate its performance in supporting product development tasks can play an important role in capacity building justification and decision making.By studying the core elements of product collaborative development and analyzing its capability index parameters,this paper constructs the data management capability maturity evaluation model,collaborative development process efficiency evaluation model,and R&D resource sharing model.Based on the task support capability,the evaluation indexes of different business domains and different types of IT products are studied,and the task-oriented digital collaborative development environment performance index generation system is built.The feasibility of system efficiency evaluation and product selection verification is verified by combining with classical evaluation methods.The main research results and conclusions are as follows:(1)Research on the core elements of product digital collaborative development.Centering on data,process and resources,this paper studies the definition,classification,common usage problems and roles of each element,analyzes the construction methods of data management system,process management system and resource sharing system,and constructs the capability index composition and evaluation model of each element.The research shows that the enterprise aims to meet customer needs,calls various resources through the process,and realizes the barrier-free interaction between data and people and devices,which is conducive to the maximization of product or service value.(2)Research on the generation of task-oriented performance evaluation index system.This paper analyzes the composition of digital collaborative development under the new development mode,studies the capability system of different business domains and the characteristics of IT products,and constructs a three-level performance index generation system: the system performance composed of IT product capability indexes,the system efficiency that contains data,resources,and processes,and the task efficiency based on different product development objectives.(3)Validation research of efficiency evaluation index system.By referring to the classical efficiency evaluation methods,this paper presents the efficiency evaluation model of the index system based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,analyzes the feasibility of tool automation,completeness check and the necessity of dynamic maintenance of the index system,and puts forward the improvement direction of effectiveness evaluation system of digital collaborative development environment.
