| As the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to deepen the structural reform of the supply side,the reform and development of the manufacturing industry is also the focus of the current economic development.Manufacturing industry is not only the pillar industry of the national economy and the engine of economic growth,it is self-evident to the importance of a country to build a modern economic system,it is not only an important carrier of high-tech industry and an important cornerstone to achieve modernization,but also a key industry to absorb labor employment and expand exports.With the rise and rapid development of intelligent industry,equipment manufacturing industry has become an emerging market of national concern,and the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.However,some of the energy installation equipment manufacturers still continue the previous salary system and management mode,resulting in the loss of personnel to a certain extent.How to further improve and transform the compensation management mode of enterprises is a topic that should be paid attention to and focused on.Based on salary management and incentive theory,this paper investigates the salary satisfaction of front-line employees of LH Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Limited Company,by combining interview method and questionnaire survey method.Based on current salary situation analysis and survey results,we found these problems existing in the current salary system of LH Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Limited Company,find out the causes of the problems,and further put forward the salary optimization scheme and safeguard measures to ensure the smooth and effective implementation of the salary optimization scheme.In the process of optimizing the compensation scheme for front-line employees of LH Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Limited Company,we found that only by paying attention to the job characteristics of front-line employees and meeting their current needs can the compensation system effectively play an incentive role.At the same time,the optimized compensation system must be fair and competitive,so as to play an incentive role on the basis of retaining talents.The compensation optimization scheme in this paper refers to the actual case of intelligent equipment manufacturing industry,which has important reference significance for other intelligent equipment manufacturing enterprises. |
