| The ship power station is an important part of the very large crude oil carrier(VLCC),and its degree of automation is an important symbol of ship technology,and it is of great significance to carry out the research on VLCC ship power station and protection system.The work done in this article is as follows:First of all,according to the VLCC power loads manual,combined with the relevant specifications of the China Classification Society(CCS),the generators,cables,primary system main wiring,circuit breakers,busbars,etc.of the VLCC ship are selected and related designed in turn.Secondly,in terms of hardware design,this thesis combines the results of a system design,consults relevant literature at home and abroad,clarifies the main structure of the automation and protection system of the ship power station,and determines the relationship between the main structure.Relying on the physical simulation experimental platform of Dalian Maritime University,combined with theoretical analysis,the design of voltage,current,frequency and phase signal acquisition is completed,and the above design is combined with structural analysis to finally complete the overall hardware design of the power station.The design adopts modular thinking,which facilitates the maintenance and maintenance of equipments and improves the stability of the operation of the power station system.In terms of software design,based on hardware design,combined with the unique modular programming advantages of PLC 1200,the software design of VLCC marine power station and protection system was carried out.VLCC ship,the software design of automation functions includes: automatic start,automatic quasi-synchronous parallel,automatic frequency modulation loads regulation and secondary loads classification unloading design.VLCC ships,the software design of the protection system includes: generator overload,short circuit,undervoltage and reverse power protection design.The idea of modular programming in this thesis,on the one hand,makes the program have a strong hierarchy and logic,on the other hand,the amount in all the programs of the ship power station is logically classified,which greatly facilitates debugging and management.Finally,the design of the monitoring system is completed,and the experiments and simulations are carried out.Experimental results show that the WEINVIEW MT8100 i touch screen can complete the parameter display and recording,fault recording and alarm,and can control the operating state of the ship power station,and the design can well complete the automation and protection functions of the VLCC ship power station,and the voltage and frequency of the power station during the experimental operation meet the specifications.The combination of the ship power station and the protection system and the monitoring system makes the scheduling of the ship power station more convenient,and improves the economy and reliability of the operation of the ship power station. |
