With the prosperity and development of the world economy,the business of ports is getting busier and busier.The ports with only one-way channel can no longer meet the increasing cargo throughput requirements of ports.At present,the main demand of ports has changed from the shortage of cargo and the necessity to attract customers to the urgent need to improve the service level of ports.The improvement of port service level has become an important symbol of the rising competitiveness of ports in the new era.The appearance of the two-way channel can effectively solve the problem of the ship operation efficiency in the port,because of the reality needs of two-way channel which can accommodates simultaneous entry and exit of ships,this paper considers overtaking and encountering phenomenon happen in the process of in-and-out port in the container terminals which have two-way channel,the optimization of ship dispatching in a container terminal is studied.From three perspectives of berth allocation and in-and out port of ship,cooperative dispatchment between berth and quay crane,and ship dispatching in channel,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the existing domestic and foreign literatures,and highlights the contribution made in this paper.Then it provides a theoretical basis for the research through the introduction of port resources and the analysis of the influencing factors of ship dispatching.Consider the service rules of ships under the restriction of two-way channel,take night sailing conditions into account,a mixed integer programming model aiming at the minimum waiting time of ships in port is constructed,the optimal entry and exit sequence of ships is obtained.And the branch cutting algorithm based on clustering method are also designed.The numerical experiments’ results show that the average relative deviation between the result of hybrid algorithm and the lower bound is2.59%,at the same time,compared with the simulated annealing algorithm and quantum differential evolution algorithm,the scientificalness of the scheme and algorithm is verified.Finally,the influence of the number of berths in the terminal on ship dispatching is analyzed.The research results of this paper provide decision and support for improving the efficiency of ship dispatching in two-way channel ports,at the same time,it contribute the improvement of the satisfaction to shipping companies and the improvement of the service level to ports.Finally,the mixed integer programming model and the branch cutting algorithm based on aggregation strategy designed in this paper have reference significance to the research in related fields.
