As an emerging type of urban trail,the treetop walk has taken its place in the development of urban space.Because of the treetop walk’s unique elevated structure,it provides an excellent view of the urban ecological landscape.Visitors often go to the trail for recreation and fitness,and the unique viewing experience adds a beautiful place for urban people.Treetop walk is very important for the improvement of Fuzhou’s urban environment.Fuzhou’s urban living environment is good,and its ecological construction is known as "Fuzhou Green".However,because Fuzhou is located in a hilly area,the terrain is high in the northwest and low in the southeast,which often makes the city residents feel uncomfortable,such as stuffy and airless under the shade of the urban high-rise buildings.The construction of treetop walk can precisely solve this problem.Fu Forest Trail,as one of the well-known trails in China,has a certain elevation design to achieve complete ventilation and airflow,which plays a good role in improving the stuffy urban environment.Because of the high safety of Fu Forest Trail,it is suitable for both young and old users,and all ages groups can feel the comfort brought by the trail environment.Fu Forest Trail as a crowned trail has an important role in Fuzhou’s urban ecosystem,landscape service function,and has an important impact on people’s lives and the human environment they live in.Fu Forest Trail also provides a theoretical basis for the landscape planning and construction of treetop walk in other cities.Based on this,this paper combines treetop walk with the evaluation of landscape quality,takes the research results of treetop walk at home and abroad as the theoretical basis,takes Fu Forest Trail as the research object,constructs the evaluation model of the landscape quality of treetop walk and proposes the optimization strategy in order to improve the shortcomings of Fu Forest Trail in the landscape construction,and finally provides the reference basis for the improvement,construction and development of the landscape quality of treetop walk.The main findings of this paper are as follows:(1)Firstly,through the systematic analysis of domestic and foreign research on treetop walk and landscape quality evaluation,based on the summary and generalization of existing research and practice,the paper establishes four guideline layer indicators including natural environment,humanistic landscape,trail function and aesthetic characteristics,and construct a treetop walk landscape quality evaluation model by filtering17 index layer indicators.In this paper,after using the Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weights of each indicator in treetop walk landscape quality evaluation model,the ranking of the indicators at the criterion level was obtained as trail function(0.3380)> natural environment(0.2831)> aesthetic characteristics(0.2028)> humanistic landscape(0.1761).The main factors reflecting the natural environment are:diversity of landscape plants,application of native tree species,vegetation cover,air quality of trails.The main factors reflecting the humanistic landscape are:the embodiment and dissemination of the cultural characteristics of the trail,and the scientific awareness of flora and fauna.The main factors reflecting the trail function are:meet the fitness walking and other recreational functions,the perfection of public service facilities,the safety of the trail,the convenience of barrier-free facilities,the accessibility of the trail and traffic connectivity,the degree of shade of the site.The main factors reflecting the aesthetic characteristics are:the rationality of the landscape vignette,the seasonal and spatial hierarchy,the aesthetic degree of the trail height difference treatment,the degree of change in the view,and the integration of the trail with the urban spatial environment.(2)Through the determination of treetop walk landscape quality evaluation indexes and weights,treetop walk landscape quality evaluation model is constructed.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to study the main axis of Fu Forest Trail,the Meifeng Mountain Park trail section,and the Jinniushan Sports Park trail section in segments using the model.The results show that the scores are in the following order:the Meifeng Mountain Park trail section(6.83)> the main axis of Fu Forest Trail(6.73)> the Jinniushan Sports Park trail section(6.38).(3)By analyzing the index layer,guideline layer and comprehensive score of the three research objects,and summarizing the problems in the construction of Fu Forest Trail according to the results,the optimization strategies for the construction of crown-topped trails are proposed in four aspects,namely:enriching the variety of landscape plants to strengthen the spatial level changes;using intelligent technology to enrich the humanistic landscape;improving the rationality of landscape artifacts to enhance people’s sense of use and participation;improving public service the trail will be combined with the characteristics of the trail to improve the shading effect of the site.
